As someone who has struggled with chronic pain for almost 6 years it is a great feeling finding a place you feel like you're getting results. I started coming a little over a month ago and it's crazy how you start to see some minor and also major results. I have a bicep again and starting to feel more control in my core.They are also great with people who have injuries and ask before every class. It's a clean facility, great instructors and wonderful front desk staff. Jan and Scott have been absolutely incredible and very responsive to emails and any questions!The most important thing is they have a wide ranged schedule. I work down the road and being able to come back to town and do a class at 7:30pm during some weeknights is huge. Would highly recommend. More...
