New to the club. I really like it so far. Clean, nice equipment and staff. The price is a bit high monthly and start up fees should be drastically reduced. It can get a bit stuffy. This might be because much of the area is carpeted. This gym does have a lot more amenities than other gyms in the area (pool and classes mainly). 4 stars because of the price. Otherwise--5 stars. I seriously love this gym! I've tried so many different gyms in the rogue valley. Some of them, the equipment was too big for me since I'm only 5' tall. I have 2 boys that come here 3-4 days a week.. it’s a incredible place for kids. Tons of things for kids to do and interact with, plus it’s indoors from all the outdoor elements. The staff are amazing and incredibly helpful. In addition, my oldest is on the Autism spectrum and the staff are amazing working with him and his needs.. This place has surely saved me! The people here are what really separates this place from other spas. Everyone is extremely friendly and informational. I've gotten a haircut, done micro-needling, had the "ultimate facial" and I've gotten a massage here. Their prices are comparable, but their customer service is beyond compare. Club Northwest is the most approachable gym. The staff was super friendly off the get go. The classes that are available are SUPER COOL! I can't wait to try the Kickboxing class and Climb the Super Tall Rock wall. I recieved a letter in the mail from the staff and it made me feel like i was not alone. Most towns this size aren't lucky enough to have such a great facility. I love the private ladies only area. My husband loves the hottub. He has neurological problems and we looked all over town for a hottub that had powerful enough jets to be theraputic. ( CNW has the best jets in town.) I'd like to see area 1 open to everyone. Wish Club NW had programs for seniors on medicare. Brakes my heart that they need to pay up front and latter get their money back many are on a fixed income.

I have been loving my membership at Club NW! My kids love Kids Zone, and the staff is all very friendly. I want to give a shout out to Bruce, the new Personal Trainer, I got a lot out of my session with him today. He gave me some tweeks to make to my current routine, as well as some daily home practice stuff to strengthen my core, and offered me options for stepping it up. There's something about having your kids BEG you to take them to Kid Zone (and get an excellent work out themselves) that inspires you to go to the gym every day. As a mom, I always felt guilty spending yet another hour away from my kids for them to sit in a room and twiddle their thumbs. However, they love this place and I feel great dropping them off knowing they're enjoying themselves, getting physical activity and having fun with their friends.

I also adore their personal training staff and Edar has pushed me to my breaking point a few times now...which is exactly what I was looking for.

My daughter also takes swimming lessons and their instructors are on it. Very attentive with the little ones and don't miss a thing. Plus the lead instructor walks around ensuring his crew is meeting his (very) high standards.

Zumba with the new lights is so fun!! I'm a TERRIBLE dancer. Like I mess up the Cupid Shuffle, that's how bad I am. I'm still pretty new to the class, but the moves are easy to catch on to, and I never feel judged or weird. It's just an hour of fun and a great workout!

If you get to Grants Pass do not pass up the chance to check this place out! When you walk thru the door you are greeted by a very professional and friendly staff. ...this club has something for everybody of every age. The workout area is very well balanced for all levels of fitness, from beginners and elderly to the awesome power racks for the more serious lifters. Great cardio area and special place for stretching and abs. The different areas for group classes are well planned out especially area 1! I absolutely love the Zumba classes. All the instructors are amazing.They are always positive, motivating, and SMILING. They are always so kind and uplifting. I attend Annette's class the most and I just love her energetic attitude and ability to laugh. I am also very inspired by Amber's Cardio Kickboxing classes. She is amazing and fun! Her workouts are tough, but I am feeling stronger every time I go. I always leave here feeling better than when I arrived. I am so thankful to be a member here. I have made some new friends. More...

This place saved-the-day on our road trip through the area. It is five minutes from I-5, and coats $5 an hour per kid for indoor play area. My 8 and 5 year olds loved it - big maze thing to structure to climb on and crawl through, plus a few other small things. Perfect for what we needed.
