This company installed closets in four different spaces about 3years ago. I love them. They were designed to fit my unit and provide adequate space for all the belongings I needed to keep in closets, and more. Since my unit had no pantry, one closet was constructed to serve as a place for out door clothing plus cans and jars. Because of aging I am selling my unit and it is valued more highly by the realtor because of the closets. I also hope to use this company to install closets in my new home in Cedar Crest, a retirement ccmmunity in northern NJ. More...

After contacting and examining what about half a dozen of other well-known closet companies had to offer, and being disappointed, we spotted Closet & Storage Concepts in Fairfield, NJ Without an appointment we decided to check out their showroom. We liked the design and workmanship of the cabinets, so we scheduled an appointment with Joe Regan.Joe is an easy person to work with because he listens to what you want not what he wants you to buy. We soon had drawings of the proposed closet and together we reviewed and revised them until it was absolutely what we wanted. His knowledge and our desires resulted in a perfect fit for us. We hired Joe Reghan, from Closet & Storage Concepts in Fairfield,NJ to help us redo our master bedroom closet. Joe was kind enough to come on a Saturday morning to our home so that he could provide consultation help on the customized closet layout we needed and the available options on shelves and wood color. Subsequent to that initial meeting, Joe provided a free estimate with a detailed 2-D and 3-D rendering of the proposed closet layout. We worked with Joe on few iterations to get the exact layout we wanted. The closet components were ready for installation couple of weeks after agreeing on the final design, Joe himself took care of the entire installation of the closet very thoroughly (about 8 hours on a Saturday). The final product was outstanding, very solid and spacious walk-in closet with superb shelves and rods to hang clothes. There was a very minor detail in one of the shelves that needed to be corrected (a shelf side with exposed wood) which Joe pointed out and later on he fixed himself few weeks later. We praise Joe for his professionalism, his attention to detail, and the great quality and thoroughness of his work. Customer satisfaction is his top priority. My laundry room was a basic spot with a sliding closet and one shelf the length of the wall. Elyce O'Malley of Closet & Storage Concepts designed a functional, usable space with plenty of cabinets for pool towels, paper products for all our picnics, and additional closet that holds first aid stuff and bug repellents. Elyce was my customer rep and she did a superb job from start to finish. She helped design a center hall closet and laundry room. The laundry room was a challenge because it was a small space.
