I give this company 5 stars. Mike couldn’t be easier to work with and took our concerns seriously. We hired him last spring to regrade our front lawn as well as hydro seed and replace our walkway. His estimate was fair and we had interviewed a few landscapers, Mike impressing us the most. They showed up to do the work and we had to delay because we had a water main problem and I was desperate because we had renters coming in shortly. Mike was right there for us and finished the job as soon as the problem was corrected and our renters were able to enjoy their vacation instead of looking at a disaster. I just had the most amazing experience with Clipper landscaping workers! I was trying with great difficulty to bring into the house two large heavy boxes that were delivered by ups. Rain was predicted for the afternoon and I really had to get these boxes in as it had furniture in them. I’m 64 and was having a hard time and I heard’ can we help you with that?’ I turned and these two men from clipper were getting out of their truck to come to my aid. I explained that I didn’t have any cash to give a tip but it didn’t matter. They brought the boxes in anyway. So courteous, kind, and helpful! I’m so thankful to these men! I met Mike at the Home show held at Barnstable High School this spring - said I was interested in a patio, walkway and cobblestone strip driveway. True to his word, he stopped by, walked around my yard with me and shortly thereafter, I had a reasonable quote. The first crew to come was made up of young men who did the excavation work. What a nice bunch of guys! Polite, friendly, and professional! Next came the stonework, this crew, led by Will, worked in the rain and the heat and didn't leave until they were sure I was happy. Again, polite, friendly, and professional! They did such beautiful work, I added another patio! Finally, the landscapers came, led by Corey, to edge, mulch and plant for me. They were here ALL DAY, and I have a small yard! They were meticulous, even going so far as to pick up fallen flower petals on the freshly placed mulch! I can't say enough nice things about this company and all its employees. I've signed up for annual spring and fall cleanups and look forward to years of a beautiful home! More...
