My girlfriend had a rough few days. So, in typical fashion, it took about 3 days for it to occur to me that she could use some flowers! My call was answered by the nicest woman who was incredibly helpful with regard to arrangements, flower availability, names, types and colors of flowers! The entire conversation took 5 minutes, payment included. The delivery was exactly when she said it would be. The arrangement was stunning. The driver refused my tip and we had a really great 5 or 10 minute conversation. Seriously, from start to finish, the most pleasant business transaction I’ve had in a very long time.
