Jeff came out and color matched the current paint. The house still had the original paint from 1993 (**** *******.) The job was suppose to take 3 days but was actually finished in 2. and I could tell he loved his job and had a passion for the finished product to look great. His crew was professional and did everything they were supposed to do and needed no direction. They were on time both days, but went right to work and the house looks wonderful. They patched all the cracks which were numerous. They covered all the windows, electric meter, intercoms and patio with plastic or paper so they would not over spray or have paint drip on anything. I was pleased. First let?s talk about the team. They were fantastic. They were not pushy or dismissive. Classic Shades Painting was detailed with their process, on time and cleaned up area very well (worth mentioning because I had some other work done and clean up was not so good). We live in Troon in the Pinnacle Peak (North Scottsdale) area. We needed to have some repair and painting work down on our gate arch and front stucco wall. Per recommendation of our association's management company, we used Classic Shades Painting for the project. Jeff, the owner, came over and gave a reasonable estimate. On Monday he did the repair and painting of the gate arch and front stucco wall. He also walked the property and fixed and painted different cracks in the walls and also on the house. Very happy I hired classic shades! I am an out of state landlord and recieved a couple of bids. Jeff responded first and was the first to go out to my property and provide a bid. He ultimately came back with the best price and I felt the most comfortable with him because of how clear he communicated everything. There are some people who take great pride in there work and Jeff is one of those guys. He pays attention to detail and is passionate on it being done the right way. He took pictures for me every step the way letting me know what he was doing. Actually he even picked all the paint colors for me since I couldn't be there in person. The end result in the pictures look amazing. I had my property manager go do a final walk thru for me and he verified in person the quality of his work.
