I reached out to Citywide Plumbing on Yelp because I was having an issue with my shower diverter. Instead of coming on site and potentially charging me for unnecessary services, they generously offered to have me text some pictures of my fixtures to them and explain what the problem was. They were very responsive (even in the early morning), and we were able to fix the issue ourselves without ever needing someone to come onsite.In this industry, not only is this rare, but it's indicative of how much Citywide Plumbing cares about their customers rather than just making a quick and easy buck.I will 100% use them again for their services in the future because of the way I was treated in this initial interaction. Citywide is great! We had an issue with a shower and they were fantastic. I texted photos back and forth to see if we could diagnose the problem without a visit. Unfortunately a visit was necessary and Tung came and he was great. He was right on time, wore shoe covers and was efficient. We were facing having to rip out and replace tile ($$$$) but Tung was patient and experimented with a few different tools until he found a way to resolve our issue quickly and cheaply--without having to replace any tile. George answered the phone when I called in a panic for my parents who I do not live with. He assured me a plumber would get to them on a very busy holiday weekend and he came through for me quickly with a wonderful plumber whose name I think is Milano. Exceptional service by Citywide Plumbing! I had low water pressure in the bathroom faucet because of recent street construction that clogged it with sediments. Regardless of drain cleaning efforts, the building plumber was unavailable for days before the party. With hours to go, this plumbing contractor sent a technician. I called Citywide Plumbing after seeing an advertisement. I has concern related to drain cleaning in the basement and was worried that there would be a root in the pipe or something. They showed up in a couple of hours and seemed to be well-informed regarding this sort of concern. When all was said and done, the issue was cleared in less than an hour. Excellent service at a very reasonable price (actually one of the cheapest!). Husband hired him to come to our house after utility sink connected to sewer kept backing up during washer cycles. He came and spent multiple hours going through the pipes with his camera and Jetting machine to remove the that roots that had grown through the pipe He didn't try to upsell and very reasonably suggested we may need to redo this every 2 years or so.
