I highly recommend using the services at Citizens tax firm! The entire staff is both very professional and welcoming. Last tax season I ran into problems using credit karma and had to redo my taxes. I then came to citizens tax firm where they solved my whole situation. The woman that helped me is so knowledgeable and went the extra mile to help me out. I walked into Citizens 2 years ago while they were located in Arlington and received the warmest welcome ever from a tax office that was very refreshing! Since their relocation to the Dallas office, they been mistaken several times for the Citizens law firm that is also located in that building. The people at Citizens Tax firm are very knowledgeable and they do everything they can to make sure that clients like myself get the best returns possible. Last year, they even organized a free tax school for the community to teach people about taxes and what the average person can do throughout the year to help you get a better outcome when tax season comes around. They have an accountant who is also equipped to help you with your major financial decisions including but not limited to 401k, IRA’s, investments, etc. Their Enrolled Agent, Nyreen is the best representative you can have to mediate between you and the IRS for any delinquencies or tax related court hearings. The services that I have received from Citizens have been nothing but excellent! They truly care about their clients, and always put them first. More...
