Randy and Jessica were great!  Friendly and professional. Somehow managed to be speedy while doing an excellent job.  Asked me if there was anything special that needed attention and afterwards  they did a run through with me of what they had done.  I will definitely use this service again. Michelle and Melinda did SUCH A FANTASTIC JOB!  They brightened my home immediately upon entering. Both ladies shook my hand and introduced themselves before entering. I knew immediately I was in great hands. It felt like two good friends were cleaning my home. Everything is immaculate and they truly took their time, continuing to "spot clean" as they were leaving! Michelle is professional, friendly and did and OUTSTANDING job. I worked overnight but had planned on helping with the process since there was so much to do (it was certainly a job for two). She asked me to take a nap and when I woke up, my place looked like it did when I moved in. I appreciated her no-nonsense attitude and commitment - she was kind and very easy to talk to, yet, wasted no time. I will only request her in the future. I used the service when I moved in August and again this week. Wonderful people that work there. They show up on time and do a thorough job. They also have great suggestions for day to day cleaning products. I am going to use them monthly for that deep down cleaning that a bachelor like me does not enjoy doing. Cincy Clean was GREAT! I was in a pinch and needed my house cleaned thoroughly, on very short notice - on a Saturday. Not only did they deliver wonderful service, but they were very kind and polite. Cincyclean did a one time clean of our house while we were in the hospital recovering from the birth of our first baby. They did a phenomenal job, and when they found out the reason for our cleaning, they went above and beyond to ensure that we would come home to a clean, safe home for our new baby. This was the first experience I've had with a company cleaning my house. The booking process was simple and pretty straight forward. I live in a small house and was looking for a basic, overall cleaning. This turned out to be very helpful during a time when I had too much going on to take care of it! (Plus, I never knew a service such as this could be so affordable.) I greeted the cleaner, but had arranged for the appointment to take place as I was leaving for work. When I got home to check out the job that had been done, my bathroom was cleaner than I ever could've gotten it on my own. That was the part that stood out to me the most, and probably the part of the house that had the most room for improvement. Why it is so hard to find a good cleaning company is beyond me. But finally, Cincy Clean is bringing maid services into the 21st century. Everything from booking an appointment to receiving the paid receipt and everything in between is everything you should expect from a cleaning company in 2015.Cincy Clean offers, wait for it...online booking (gasp!). Why is it necessary to call the company when a simple online booking system gets the job done. Simply enter your information, and details about your home, then select any addons you want, schedule a time, and enter payment information. Then forget about it until the time comes. Bing, bang, boom.Secondly, the prices are set in stone. Nothing is hidden. NOTHING. They won't randomly send 5 people and charge for each additional person. And they do not charge if it takes longer than anticipated. They clean until it's clean (what a novel idea) and they don't charge more for doing it. Prices range from 1-bedroom full house clean for $119, to 5+ bedroom full house clean for $219.It is nice that they have weekend hours so that you don't have to take off work or leave early. Our crew of two entered our home and immediately split up with one person going upstairs and the other staying downstairs. They were unobtrusive and really took pride in their work.Also, having pets, foreign chemicals is a concern. Luckily, and smartly, they use green products, even some of which they make themselves. This is a simple detail that adds peace of mind.Finally, and the most important part, was that the cleaning was extraordinary. They listened to our primary areas that we wanted them to focus on, and really did focus on them. They got into corners that I didn't even know existed in my house. Why didn't I get Cincyclean to clean my house sooner?! I feel like a civilized human being now. I scheduled them on Tuesday and they came today which is Sunday. I for sure really appreciate that they have weekend hours because I couldn't miss work to meet them during the week. My kitchen and bathrooms all look like they are brand new. It's hilarious to me that no other company has done this. She explained what she would be doing and I explained my concerns and she went right to work. I will admit it her cleaning partner was about 20 minutes late but he was new to the area and they both stayed for over two hours!  Again, shaking in my boots, I thought wow there is NO WAY someone just cleaned my house for two hours and I am only going to be charged $119! Shocked. Satisfied. And I CANNOT wait to book them again. Another thing that felt different with Cincy Clean? I felt like I could trust Melinda. She introduced herself by name, she confidently looked me in the eyes and shook my hand, and she was super smiley the entire time. This is someone that I want in my home. Not a team of 5 strangers. My favorite thing of all? They stay until the cleaning is done. You are not counting down the clock hour by hour to make sure you get what you paid for. It comes back to trust, you know they are there until the job is done and It eliminates all of your anxiety. I feel like this is what a customer deserves. Last year I threw one of the biggest parties in the city (okay it was just a six year old's birthday party but let me tell you those kids left cake, confetti, and cheer in every crook and crevice in our small home). We decided to hire a cleaning service to help with the clean up and they did a subpar job (no need to put this national company on blast but suffice it to say they weren't very 'merry').This year I legit threw the party of the century (kidding again, it was a seven year old's birthday party) and decided to try a local company to deal with the mess. Yelp helped me find Cincy Clean. They came highly reviewed and they earned all five stars twice over. It was easy to schedule the appointment and the cleaners showed up on time and did such a thorough amazing job we considered eating off the floor that night (just because we could).I was so impressed by the work, I have them come by periodically to do a nice deep clean and it's worth every red cent. My house has never been cleaner, and I have more free time from not cleaning to focus on things like throwing a Vegas Style blowout birthday party for my soon-to-be eight year old daughter! More...

I'd been searching for a local, trustworthy cleaning service (whether a company or individual(s)), and came across CincyClean on Yelp. They didn't have a lot of reviews but their website was professional and helpful, so I booked a cleaning for the week following. I had a couple questions so I called and spoke to the owner, Faith, who was even more professional and helpful than her website! I guess it's a new company but she seems to have a great grasp on what she's doing. The crew of two showed up right on time and spent FOUR AND A HALF hours cleaning my huge house. I just did a quick walk-through and it looks and smells amazing. We had just had a party over here and the floors were gross...now they look like I could eat off of them. Both of the crew members were incredibly thorough (I saw TIffany on her hands and knees at one point cleaning the floor - wow!), very professional, and super nice. Cincy Clean- the best service in Cincinnati!!!Cincy Clean found me on Twitter when I had posted a photo of my teenage daughters messy bedroom. They sent me a tweet asking if I needed a little help- with 6 kids I decided I needed a lot of help! The team from CincyClean are a bunch of young, educated, energetic entrepreneurs! They show up on time, bring their own supplies ( in cute polka dot Target canvas baskets I might add ) and they leave my Indian Hill home spotless! They also run errands, organize closets, tackle laundry ( which is  a big task in my home) and generally do whatever is needed to make the customer happy! More...

My brother and I purchased a home cleaning for my mom as an early Xmas present. My Mom is pretty picky when it comes to cleaning and her home, so I was nervous about whether she would actually like it. She was thrilled with the work done by CincyClean. She especially commented on how clean they got her very old stove top and the fact that they cleaned the (many!) stair rails in the home. I was impressed that they even moved some of the smaller area rugs to clean the hard wood floors underneath. The cleaners were efficient, hard working and thorough and friendly. I highly recommend. I am not naturally a clean person though I would not go as far to compare myself to Pig Pen. I have no desire to spend my time mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, etc as my Netflix and Hulu queue are filled with quality programming that needs my undivided attention. Thank goodness for CincyClean and their house cleaning service . They came in and made my house cleaner than its ever been. They cleaned crevices and corners that I would have never cleaned. I was moving out of my house on a Saturday and my cleaning service cancelled 10 minutes before they were scheduled to come!  And they were scheduled to do an exit clean.  I called about 20 different services and Cincy Clean answered and were available that day.  I wasn't sure what to expect but I had no other options.  The price for an exit clean was reasonable and well worth the money.  They did a wonderful job, I was so thankful.  They did such a great job that I have recommended them to my parents, my neighbors and people at work.  Faith was extremely nice and professional and my house sparkled when they left.  I will definitely be using Cincy Clean in the future.
