Cili

Cili was just added to my list of great business lunch restos on the Strip...Cili service: Valet service was friendly as soon as we pulled up on a rainy day and the host had us seated immediately upon check in. The restaurant is located in the clubhouse of the Bali Hai golf course. Clean classic decor with a classy vibe and you get some good views of the great golf course. There's plenty of tables spaced far from each other so conversations are kept private. Our server was friendly and on point. The bread basket was loaded with great carbs and we got a refill when it hit empty.This is not my expectation but our drinks never got under half full. The kitchen got our appetizers and entrees to the table quickly. Top notch service all around. Cili Entrees: The coconut tomato soup was delicious and full of flavor. The hint of coconut flavor was unique and something I've never tried before. The kobe beef prime rib dip was fantastic. The wasabi horseradish was tasty and worked with the kobe beef and melted swiss. The cucumber salad paired well and overall this a great entree.Cili's convenience of valeting, and getting a quick quality meal in a great looking restaurant makes it a new place for business lunches on the weekdays for me. The only awful thing was the chairs used are rattan & snag our pantyhose. These chairs are great outside in sport attire but not inside in business attire.

Cili is such a beautiful restaurant. It overlooks the Bali Hai golf course and has a wide veranda outside where you can eat weather permitting. We ate inside next to a fascinating fish tank of colorful tropical fish. The menu is somewhat limited, but there are certainly a variety to choose from. My companions all choose the Chilean Sea Bass which was the Special of the Day. They all said it was delicious. I has the Lobster Cobb salad which was also delicious. The service was impeccable.
