My partners and I wanted to create an e-commerce but knew nothing about what is involved and the details in creating a website. With luck on our side we discovered Cider. We reached out and Ilya responded promptly with open arms. The entire process was a huge experience for us and there was so much entailed that we would never have thought of. Team Cider walked all of us step by step on every aspect that came to mind. They gave us options and along with that were pros and cons but the ball was always in our court. Cider gave us full attention whenever we had questions weather it was day or night which showed us that they gave us their everything and genuinely wanted us to succeed. I will be frank that this project was a long and rough road with many obstacles but looking back now that we have reached the finish line, team Cider truly made it so much more sustainable and I won't be modest when I say this. Cider built out an amazing WordPress website for my grocery business. The team was able to take challenging requirements and incorporate our vision into the online e-commerce store. Running a family business involves getting input from many members of the family and Tetiana was patient with all of us and was able to direct her team appropriately. Once the site was launched, the Cider Marketing team was able to help us with local SEO and online promotion which helped in getting the site higher in the Google search results. What's to not like about Cider?  Originally I went to Thumbtack Studios because I thought at first they were great but they were acting like pre-madonnas over my supposed "hidden agenda" which was not really a hidden agenda.  It was more a temporary situation which I had to deal with.In any event, Cider is more professional, inclusive, communicative and really cares.  Most web design and development companies take a few days, a week or so to complete things like Squarespace and Vistaprint but they're a bunch of jokers.  They don't communicate like real people and always do crappy jobs at websites when I make it clear to them to do it the way they are supposed to.  This is why I'm working to get full refunds from both.Not with Cider.  Ilya, Valerie and others are great but they take a different approach.  They actually take the time to listen to ideas for my Tarzan Consulting business in the same sense as David Mitroff of Piedmont Avenue Consulting (Russian like the team of Cider).  I'm more than happy to refer clients to Cider.  They even do mobile app development, which not enough web design and development companies do. Cider created a website for my business and I couldn't be happier. I wasn't sure what platform I wanted to use but Ilya made the process simple and we went with Wordpress. It allowed me to be able to control my content and images without having to involve a developer. Our company was looking for a combination graphic designer/software developer to create a stadium-style scoreboard. After looking through reviews and recommendations, we initially contacted five different companies. Cider was the first one to respond to us and set up an in-person meeting. We went through all the details of the project, and within a couple of days they came back with an estimate that was within our budget. The best part of working with Cider was that they remained available throughout the entire project, responding quickly to emails and Trello posts, ensuring that we were getting the work that we wanted every step of the way. I reached out to Cider after doing a search on Yelp for a mobile app dev shop.  After reaching out to a few companies, I settled on Cider.  Liked their approach and an option of a Discovery phase for my idea.  They didn't try to sell me on diving straight into development of the idea, but instead offered a 3 week long prototyping phase.  I spent a couple days per week discussing the product with their designer and at the end got a packet with a clickable prototype and other documents outlining the product.  It was a pretty inexpensive way to visualize what I had in mind.  After my fundraising round I will be going back to Cider for development.  Can't recommend them enough. Cider reached out to me for the graphic design of my jewel case and cd covers, within an hour of my request, . Even though Ilya told me this was a little out of what they did, he would give it a stab. Their team was on the project quickly from start to finish and had the whole thing done in just a few days. I already had the design and they were just going to implement it but they went way past what we had submitted. This is a 2 cd project and I have my hands full with my upcoming show and everything that goes with it. This was something I didn't even have to think about, which was a huge relief. If you are pondering who to pick, I would think anything this company gets involved with will be professional and done thoroughly. We approached Cider to build out our website.  Being careful we took our time in discussing the project.  Mike took us through the whole process of cementing our requirements and developing the first version of the site.  Mike's team convinced us in going with a limited set of features in order to launch the site within our budget and in retrospect we are happy we listened.  The site got us key features we were looking for and later we slowly added additional nice to haves.  The team followed Agile religiously and we were given access to the progress on a weekly basis.  Very happy with the result.  Will definitely come back! Facing significant issues with our original developers our iOS app was delayed from being released by 8 months.  Via a recommendation we connected with team Cider and provided them access to our existing build.   Within 2 days we received an estimate to completion and the project was done within 1 month.  We couldn't be happier with their communication, management of the project and sheer access to their PM's and developers.  As soon as we have funding we are coming back to develop our Android app.  On the side note, the project management tools provided to us during development really helped us in seeing the progress, thanks Michael for being so transparent.
