My experience could not have been better. The details are what made the experience so positive. Chris was an excellent person to work with. He was the most competitive person when it came to both rates and terms. He knew the market so well that he was able to come in a half of a percentage point lower than the 3 other vendors I worked with. He was also supported by an outstanding team. Between all of them, I was updated regularly and they made sure I was aware of everything I needed to know without prompting from me. I would highly recommend Chris and his team, he is #1 for a reason. If you have another lender, I suggest you speak to Chris anyway, you should shop around. Once you have your credit checked, you have a week or two to have as many companies as you like check it without impacting your credit.
