I have been a customer of Chitown Trainer for almost a month and I have to say. They are awesome and their rates are very reasonable, compared to other trainers that come to you. I initially met Zach who was intelligent and professional and a joy to kick things off. My trainer Frank is a hoot. He makes me our sessions fun and challenging. I am drenched when we're done. I've been working with Konrad and Anthony from Chitown Trainer for the past 2.5 months and am SO happy with it! We do the 2-on-1 training with Anthony and he does a great job of making sure that we are both on point with our form, our effort level, and diet. I'm really happy we found Konrad and his team...for so long, I've been saying that I wanted to get back in shape and this team will DEFINITELY make sure you get there! We love ChiTown Trainers! Ryan trains my son (12 years old) and his pal....couldn't ask for a better fit! Konrad came out to do the eval, then set us up with Ryan who meets the boys at the park district. He makes the sessions fun and motivating enough to keep the boys looking forward to the next session. I've seen a world of improvement in my son's agility and stamina. His hockey game has definitely improved as a result, too!

It has been a very very great 9 month with Marcin that I did not only learn about workout move but also the psychological, health and nutrition, workout and recovery chapters that is totally a bonus to me.

Marcin has been my very first friend in town and probably one that I meet most frequent out of all these time. I learnt about his education, and I believe his academic background and body building experience has made him a very unique trainer because he had been educating me in a all-rounded manner. As time goes, I started to learn more about my body and my mindset, as well as the key to stay consistent and balance through out my days. I eventually train harder and more frequent; and be more honest with myself about the diet and I have dropped my fat ratio through all the months.

I could not have lucked out more than I did by contacting Chitown Trainer a couple weeks ago. My life in Chicago is all over the place (schedule constantly changing for work) and since my Chicago Marathon last fall, I've slowly stopped strength training. My motivation fell to the wayside and I needed something new to hold me accountable to hit my fitness goals.

Konrad Koczwara was the answer to that puzzle. I filled out the contact form late on a Wednesday evening and within 10 minutes, Konrad called me to talk all about my fitness and nutrition history, what my goals were and how he could help me. As early as the next day, he was training me in my gym in Streeterville. I had a nutrition plan written up and tailored to my life within just days of meeting Konrad. Everything fell into place perfectly. I'm the type of person who needs everything organized when it comes to fitness and nutrition. Unless I'm following a plan with a goal in mind? I won't stick to it. But after getting my measurements taken, along with body fat percentage? I have something holding me accountable.

Konrad is the type of guy who makes tough exercising/lifting a lot of fun, too. He's fun to hang out with for an hour and it makes the workouts fly by. I needed someone like him to get me back on track and I truly believe I've found the perfect person to help me. My mind is back on track and my diet is locked in. If you need a trainer, don't hesitate to contact Chitown Trainer. I'm so glad I did.

I'm already looking forward to my workout tomorrow for back and biceps.

This team does an awesome job! They also do group sessions at some of the apartment buildings downtown which I have heard awesome reviews of. I've been working out with Craig for 5 weeks and really enjoy that our sessions don't get boring. He does a great job of keeping me motivated and we always have some laughs which is fun! They have awesome pricing especially considering they come to your building. I'd recommend them to anyone! More...

My experience with my Chitown Trainer Zach has been excellent! I asked for someone who would help me with a combination of physical therapy and personal training. During the last two years, I gained a lot of weight, received a hip replacement and generally allowed myself to fall into disrepair. I also asked for someone who could holistically address my needs and do so in an emotionally supportive way. I got all of that and more with Zach. I feel stronger, physically and emotionally after just a few weeks. I will continue to work with Zack and Chitown for the foreseeable future. More...

I have been working with Chitown Trainer for a month now and can't recommend them enough! They are effective, reliable, and convenient.

From the initial time of contact they are extremely responsive and get you training quickly. Konrad spent the time getting to know me and my fitness goals, as well as evaluating my individual needs. He was quick to identify where I needed work and how to resolve it. Within a day or two you are set up with a trainer and working out in the convenience of your apartment building.

My trainer Craig has been great! I am always challenged with a different workout (not the same routine over and over like some other trainers), and I have already seen gains in 30 days. He's knowledgeable, motivating, and challenging but also listens to how you're feeling and doesn't make you do anything you aren't ready for.

I'm looking forward to continuing to work with Chitown Trainer!

I started working out with a Chitown trainer two months ago and it has totally changed my health trajectory! I feel stronger, healthier, more energetic, alert and confident.

My trainer is kind and encouraging - but also no-nonsense. She holds me to a high standard of effort, helps correct my form and keeps me on task. Even though the workouts are a challenge, I always feel like my trainer is on my side and sincerely wants to see me reach my goals.

Sessions also include insightful talks that help me make better choices and transform old habits. In our sessions my trainer talks me through upcoming challenges and helps me re-frame old ways of thinking. I leave feeling empowered to make healthier choices.

Great experience! My personal trainer Secil is awesome, I never get bored from our sessions and she tailors them to my goals (e.g. strength training). She's always on time or even a little early. I appreciate her teaching me proper form and correcting me along the way, especially with new exercises.

I can't recommend Chitown Trainer highly enough! I've been doing the same gym routine for years and when I started training with Monika my body started to transform. I've gained so much strength, flexibility, and I'm the best I've ever felt! She kicks my butt but I look forward to our sessions every week because it's the most efficient 60 min ever! Chitown also puts on all of the fitness activities at my building, Cityfront Place, and the residents are obsessed. Chitown Trainer is incredibly professional and a dream to work with, particularly with coordinating on the fly events and coming up with fun ideas. I have been training with Tracy for just over 4 months, and am incredibly happy with the progress that I’ve made to-date. I feel stronger, sleep better and am seeing results too! Tracy keeps me challenged and motivated by incorporating new / different exercises, and also has helped me to improve my form and technique (thank you!). I still have progress to make, and look forward to continuing to work with Tracy.

My fiance and I have been training with Alonza for about six months now in preparation for our wedding later this year and he has been awesome! We've made great progress so far and Alonza always goes above and beyond to keep us challenged and to give us suggestions of things we can do outside of the gym (like diet improvements, stretches, etc.) to make sure we get the best results. We start off with a complimentary fitness assessment analyzing weight, body fat %, and tape measurements (waist, hips, thighs, etc). From there, we do a full movement analysis and take the client through a series of exercises. After the assessment we have an idea of any flexibility dysfunctions, muscle imbalances, and how we should structure the workouts in the future.

Using this fitness assessment we are able to make comprehensive plans for our clients utilizing a registered dietitian, personal trainers, massage therapists, yoga & pilates instructors.

A well thought out plan and consistency. There is nothing more important than creating a plan. Without a plan or vision, most people do not reach their goals.

We do progress checks every 30 days and we love seeing our clients happy with the results. It creates a high job satisfaction for us!
