I heard about this company from a fellow real estate agent who had been impressed w/ them. My clients had already called and paid another fireplace company and were not getting good results. Boy was I happy that I was referred to Chimney Pro Cleaners and forwarded this company to my clients! I looked sooo good when my clients called Chimney Pro Cleaners and Reuven. The original company they called said the repair was impossible, my clients needed a new fireplace because the parts were so old they couldn't get them; Reuven came out the next day and fixed their problem in 10 minutes! They were able to sell their home without paying an arm and a leg for repairs and we all have a new fireplace company for life.

I initially used them to as part of a Groupon promotion to clean out two fireplaces for a home we purchased. There were some additional repairs required however, Reuben and his team were great at explaining the cause and importance of these repairs. They were not pushy and provided us with adequate time to think over the costly repairs, we decided to move forward and now we have used them twice for repairs and plan on using them again for air duct cleaning. I appreciate their professionalism and great communication. They let me know when they are on their way and provide me with an ETA which is extremely helpful especially when your working. After weeding through reviews on Yelp, NextDoor, and checking out multiple chimney-cleaning websites, I decided to go with Chimney Pro Cleaners and am happy to say the research paid off. . this company was great! I scheduled an appointment online but wound up calling to confirm the date and time. When I did, the owner actually reminded me of the promotion going on and saved me a hundred bucks! The serviceman was able to come within 2 days and did a very prompt, professional job. Nir spent extra time to educate me on the fireplace, provide his expertise on maintenance needs and really just far surpassed my expectations. They were able to fit me in quickly, showed up right on time, and imagine my surprise when the owner of the company turned up on my doorstep! The tech had called in sick and Reuven didn't want his customers to be impacted, so he rolled up his sleeves and got to work. I could not recommend them more. My tech was prompt, explained everything to me and very upfront about the costs of what I needed to have fixed. I didn't feel unsold at all. He even made sure to have me put my dog outside while he was painting the inside of my fireplace. My fireplace looks brand new and he left the space in better condition then he found it. Reuben was the tech who came to my home.  We had the bottom refractory panel patched and the chimney cleaned on our fireplace.  He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain to us how to actually use the gas starter/fireplace correctly.  He gave us tips on how to make the repair last longer.  I will definitely call Chimney Pro Cleaners for my fireplace needs in the future.
