I've found Hot Yoga Club Chico to be a fantastic resource for my fitness when I'm in Chico. There are a variety of teachers and styles which are well explained on the website. Teachers often encourage you to 'make it YOUR practice', listening to your body to know how deep to take it. I find that I can learn something new from each of the teachers. Sometimes I found the lingo to be unclear, but I that doesn't stop me from having my practice. I have to say I love the heated room; it's great for my muscles to relax, enabling me to do yoga without straining them. The room is always clean and they must be purifying the air because it never seems like a bunch of people were sweating in it. I really appreciate the freshness every time I enter the studio. The changing rooms are also kept quite clean and well supplied. I'm looking forward to joining in, the next time I'm in Chico. More...

I had a wonderful experience at this hot yoga session. The hardwood floors are really nice to practice on. Also, I really liked that the instructor placed cool, wet lavender towels on our face! I would definitely return!

I’m not a member but I used one of the monthly passes my friend has and if I lived in Chico I would absolutely be hooked to the point of getting my own membership! It’s not just a physical experience it’s emotional too. Yoga is mentally calming but the heat forces you to not think of anything but your body and the poses. I've tried a few studios in Chico and this place is hands down best yoga studio in Chico. The new management is wonderful. They really care - to show this they asked the clients what could be better and they really listened, made improvements and the studio is better than ever. The teachers are very knowledgeable and they have a variety of classes so you can find the level and pace that works best for you. This was one of the most relaxing experiences I’ve ever had! I loved the studio, the environment, everyone was so friendly and supportive of each other. My friend and I enjoyed having Stacy as our yoga instructor because she was so nice and welcoming as well as very experienced in her skills which made us able to enjoy and get the most out of our session. Before joining hot yoga club in Chico I had never tried it before. There is a large selection of classes offered and with the lower first month rate gives you the opition to test out all the classes to find what you like. I havent had an instructor I didnt like or didnt do a fabulous job! They are all very accommodating in showing first timers the moves and making sure you feel comfortable! The locker rooms are very nice with showers (you'll need them after). If you on the fence about trying hot yoga here. DO IT, you wont regret it! More...

My son purchased a one month intro for me as I have never done yoga. Now after attending 14 classes I guess you could say I'm hooked. Yes, hot yoga is hot, but it has really helped my body.
