I was planning my wedding out of town and the venue that I used provided some of the food, but I was also wanting a few other food trays and most importantly desserts for my dessert table! Which is when I came across this company when searching online! I couldn’t have been happier with how they turned out.... We had our ceremony at the Spence Cabin and the reception at the Appalachian Clubhouse and it was the most beautiful and amazing wedding. We are from Chicago and had our entire family travel to the Smokies for the event. Chef's Catering was very accommodating, they even helped us with a last minute brunch request. Great service! We booked our wedding reception at the Clarion Inn and Suites in Gatlinburg and their caterer is Chef’s Catering. Our menu consisted of pork wonton with Asian slaw, fresh garden salad, cornbread salad, tender roast beef with Marsala sauce, tilapia with mango salsa, country green beans, and the rosemary potatoes. The food was delicious – especially the pork wontons with Asian slaw and the cornbread salad. Those were the two things our guests consistently complimented on. Their service was also exceptional! After my husband and I’s first dance, a lady came up to me and asked if they could prepare our plates. That was a huge relief for 2 reasons – it ensured we got food (I hear a lot of brides don’t eat on their wedding day), and it allowed me to stay away from the buffet in a white dress!
