What’s your signature dish?
My Award winning Crab cake Martini with a Pineapple- Mango Chutney. This Breadless Crab Cake will knock you off your feet. The flavor combinations are innovative!
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Proper planning with Q&A session to determine what is expected
What do you love most about your job?
My creative mentality and Food Presentation. I use various types of glasses, bowls spoons and fruit carvings. I can also do Watermelon Carving for most occasions! Great taste, flavor and Presentation is extremely important to me, to provide Great service and memories for my customers!
What inspired you to start your own business?
My Love for the art of cooking and customer service. I have achieved most ofy Chef goals and dreams to include writing 2 Cookbooks, Feature Chef on a National Tour and multiple auditions for Food Network.

I create above average flavor in all of my foods. I come Highly recommended by all I have cooked for and my name is well established and known. Most times my clients expectations are beyond what they expect. I want to leave them with a memorable food and dining experience! Dining experience being the Key two words!
