This Restaurant is a hidden gem located in Sunrise,Fl. It sits in a corner in a plaza with other shops. I came across this restaurant picking up an food order, on the out side looks like any other shopping plaza but when I walked inside I was pleasantly surprised how nice the decor was for this restuarant. It's small but has a nice ambiance to it. I learned while I was there they have Open Mic/Comedy on Friday nights! I came to pick up some dinner for myself, after reviewing the menu, I decided to go with stew conch, whipped red mashed potatoes and mixed vegetables. The food was bursting with flavors and she mention no salt used, with all the spices and herbs used I could taste why I must admit hands down best dinner I had All week It was DELICIOUS! Delish Mother Son Night at the one n Only Chef Ena Kitchen. My commute was pretty long, but the food was and always will be worth the drive. OMG! If you haven't tried this restaurant yet, you definitely need to! Chef Ena's food is amazingly delicious. I tried it for the 1st time on ubereats yesterday.
Ordered the grilled salmon with her world famous mac and cheese and cornbread...#partyinmymouth. One of the best mac n cheeses ever. It felt like Thanksgiving, minus the clean up. It was delicious! So delicious that I ordered a 2nd time in the same day. This time I tried the steak with garlic mashed potatoes and mac. Wow. Unreal. I am telling everyone I know about this restaurant. Thank you for coming to our area Chef Ena!!
UPDATE: 7/10/18. So, I just had to update this review. The more I try on the menu, the better it gets! OMG. Just had the sauteed lobster with world-famous mac....OUT OF THIS WORLD INCREDIBLE. The food is so good. How lol. You are doing yourself a disservice by not trying this restaurant. Unbelievable. So good that I decided to order my father the exact same thing right now. Chef Ena, you are an amazing Chef. I have never had lobster that was so delicious. Thank you!!

Truthful there is NOTHING that I can say about Chef Ena and her Resturant. The food is amazing!! Sometimes when you're trying a new venue for food you never know what to expect. I was told that her food was matchless so I had to see for myself. I was OVER Satisfied with the service and the food itself. It's evident that she puts her heart into her meals. This place is a hidden jewel! I can't say enough about this place and the delicious food.
Location - Tucked away in the back corner of the plaza.
Hard to see at first but enough parking to accommodate. And nice lighting in the parking area.
Inside the Restaurant - The Ambiance of this restaurant is so quaint. Low mood lighting and the tables are lit by candles. Low music for some entertainment and can you say CLEAN. This is a brand new facility and you can tell they put a lot of effort into making this place look great. And they keep it up. Both high and low tables for dining and several TVs to catch a sporting event or news. They also have beer and wine available for those who partake.
Food - One word, Phenomenal! I went with my family and everyone enjoyed their dishes! The Pasta, even without any meat, was so flavorful and tasty. Both the blacked Mahi and fried snapper were superb. Everything had seasoning and flavor without the overuse of salt! And if you get a chance, get the MAC! You won't regret it, it's Chef Ena's speciality! No one had any complaints leaving except one, "we're stuffed!"
Service - Also five star service! Extremely polite and customer friendly and very attentive. Chef Ena even came out of the kitchen to speak with our table as we praised her cooking ability and asked her secret to he Mac, which she did not tell lol!
All in All, take the trip and stop in to Chef Ena's kitchen. You will be a fan and be raving to write a review like myself. Everything is made fresh and by hand, so be sure to have patience and not be in a rush. Like they say, good things take time and that's so true in this case.
