Chef catered our wedding in Poughkeepsie, NY this past weekend.  There were a total of 87 people, and we received just about the same number of compliments about the food (the most common being that it was the best food they have ever had at a wedding).  Starting with the passed hors d'oeuvre's, to the expansive cheese and charcuterie table, and then with our salad and family style dinner, we could not be more pleased.  The staff was so easy to work with and accommodated all our set up requests. The service was efficient and helpful, in particular the front of house manager (I'm sorry, I forgot her name!).  Should we ever need another event catered in the NY area, Chef Aless will be our first call. Chef Aless is amazing! I was in a bind when I hired Chef Aless very last minute to be the caterer for our holiday company party. We spoke about my menu options and created something to fit our event of 18 guest. She arrived in a timely manner to our event space, brought all her own supplies and she even was nice enough to help serve the food. Everyone at our company holiday party raved about the food. Carlos was outstanding. Arrived on time (to the minute); had dinner ready to the minute; and kept it moving briskly, while repeatedly checking in to make sure we were OK with the fast pace. We were, because unlike when dining in a restaurant, we didn't need to have the meal stretch out to be able to stay in a pleasant environment for a long time.<br><br>Everything was delicious, and there was plenty of it, with lots of leftovers. We had such a wonderful night thanks to Chef Aless. The food at our dinner party was excellent and complimented by the great signature cocktail suggested by Aless. She and her amazing server, Camille, showed up on time and ready to go at my home. They seemlessly served passed appetizers, soup, salad and a delicious main course. This Thanksgiving, I'm thankful for Chef Aless! My husband and I wanted to host Thanksgiving in NY, but since we were coming in from California and staying at an airbnb, we thought it would be a lot to have to cook everything. Enter Chef Aless. After reaching out, she responded right away and suggested a menu that sounded excellent. Communicating ahead of time was easy and seamless.<br><br>Chef Aless delivered the food with simple instructions and everything looked great. She even brought extra decorations so we could present the Turkey beautifully to our guests. The food was delicious! My favorite was the truffle mashed potatoes but everything was yummy. Everyone that lives in NY asked for Chef Aless's number so they could use here in the future too.<br><br>If you want to host a party with great food and no stress I definitely recommend reaching out to Chef Aless. We had Chef Aless and her team cook, serve and bartend at my annual Halloween party (~35 ppl) - they were all on time, professional, friendly and the chef made some amazing hors d'oeuvres!  When we needed something, (like ice,) the bartender had no problem running out to get it.  The servers helped out guests who wanted to take pics of the apps and informed anyone who had an allergy of what was in the actual food item.  They were proactive cleaning up used cups and waste.....and pouring shots!  The kitchen was left clean and like no one was ever even there...which who can put a price on that?  Great team that made for a great party.  Will surely call Chef Aless for future events! Chef Aless is an incredible chef and an absolute pleasure to work with. Aless and her team have catered numerous events for us, with anywhere from 8 to 100 people and we could not be more happy with the food and service she provides.  She creates a unique menu for us every time and the food is always creative, beautifully presented and delicious.   Our guests always rave about the food.  We go to a lot of catered parties in the Hamptons and have yet to come across a caterer who provides the same quality.  <br><br>This past summer my husband was diagnosed with chronic Lyme disease and he was put on a "clean" diet (no dairy, meat, processed foods, etc.) as part of his treatment.  I struggled to make dishes that he enjoyed so I recruited Chef Aless.  With all of his restrictions, she was able to make amazing dishes that our entire family could enjoy.  I never thought lentils could taste so good!  She is incredibly flexible and accommodating to any needs.<br><br>We plan to use Aless for all of our events in the future.  I highly recommend her for any event! Working with Chef Aless was a great experience. I wanted to do something special for my husbands 50th so I decided to have an intimate dinner for 12 in our garden at home. I hired her to come in and prepare a holiday breakfast for our company- great experience from the start of creating the menu through the execution of the event - prompt and professional communication leading up to the event, flexibility with the menu, and absolutely delicious food that everyone loved. Chef Aless was a lifesaver. I had my wife's 50th birthday party scheduled for a Saturday night, and the Tuesday before, the chef I had scheduled had to cancel. I went to yelp and was lucky enough to find Chef Aless. She could not possibly have been nicer, more accommodating and talented. We worked together to tweak the original menu and she made great suggestions. She brought a wonderful server with her, the two of them created an amazing evening for all the guests. Chef Aless &amp; her team did an AWESOME job catering and bartending for our company holiday party, hosted in our office. <br><br>Her communication with me leading up to the event was always prompt &amp ; thorough, easing any concerns I had beforehand. <br><br>On the day of the event, the team arrived on time so that everything was ready to go right when the event started. I'm so glad that I contacted Chef Aless to cater our company holiday party for clients! She provided amazing appetizers &amp; assorted cheeses and charcuterie for 50 people, as well as a full-service bar and fantastic service. Her team was top-notch! Chef Aless was amazing! We had a Friendsgiving at home for 10 people and catering menu was delicious and everything was cooked to perfection! We actually worked with Carlos as Chef Aless was already booked for the evening we needed, and we had an incredibly positive experience. Carlos arrived and immediately had our delicious hors d'oeuvres ready to serve. The service was impressive (as was the food!), and Carlos was extremely attentive to when we were ready for the next course so we were able to sit back and enjoy the evening with our friends. We have a 2 year old and had friends coming in from out of town with a 1 year old and we wanted to have a restaurant quality meal at home without the hassle of getting babysitters and doing the cooking and cleaning ourselves. <br><br>Chef Aless and her team delivered a dream experience at home with amazing food and impeccable service. I am an event planner and needed to replace a regular caterer I was using for one of my repeat clients in the UWS after an unfortunate experience for a past event.
