I received the BEST, most helpful,over the phone customer service from Sima. ICannot tell you how grateful I am for the help and attention to my special situation.  I am calling from Michigan, trying to arrange a meal delivery to a family in California who has just come home from a hospital stay. Found them off grubhub, decided to give it a shot. They're open really early, which is actually a plus. I was able to call and order food to have it delivered by whatever time I wanted, and I chose 11. Some good places don't even open till 11. I was able to get some lunch for myself and a few others as we would be working the entire day and I was kinda on a time crunch. They delivered to my home right on time, and we sat down to grab a bite. We only intended to eat a few bites and get back to work since time was a constraint, but the sandwiches were so damn good we had to finish them up. I ordered the turkey bacon and my friends both ordered the BLT. I think we were all expecting them to be basic sandwiches, especially since these sound like they're available pretty much at every sandwich shop, but my goodness.....they were delicious. There was something about them and how fresh it all tasted. This was overall a very pleasant surprise, and I'm all for great food at a reasonable price, and even better: it was delivered to my home. I forgot lunch so I had to use GrubHub to get food & this was the only place open at 8am... even though it's a catering company I ordered 3 sandwiches & ate them all within two days. Because that's what winners do.The sandwiches were all REALLY delicious & the bread didn't go stale or soggy overnight. I went with roast beef, the club-style one & a turkey. To top off the great food, the delivery person brought coupons for the next time - and there will be a next time. More...
