My wife noticed PickUp USA while driving by on Sandy Lake in Coppell. Great place for basketball focused exercise and can't beat the shooting machines to improve your shot! The specific times for pick up games allows you to avoid showing up at a gym and nobody being there to play basketball. The weight room has everything necessary to get a good lift in and the staff is very friendly. I've seen quite a few kids doing individual or group training sessions, which I'd of loved to have had access to when I was younger. I previously had a membership at Lifetime, but I like this unique setup being focused primarily around basketball and not just a general fitness center. I'm thankful my wife spotted this place and I'm thankful I don't live in an area without access to one like it! More...

My wife found the gym and started with the trainers. She had amazing results. Her sister started shortly after and experienced the same. Then my daughters started going and their results were also amazing. My son, the athlete, spent the summer working out with Micah and is stronger then ever. My fat butt finally quit my gym and joined in after seeing everyone else losing weight and gaining muscle. It has been about 2 months and I am the strongest and lightest I have been in 4 years. Greatest place I have ever found to work out! I have been coming here for just about a year now, and for a low monthly fee you get access to training sessions EVERY DAY of the week! Where I would be paying $40-$50 per session, I am able to get a whole month of amazing workouts for just a fraction of the price. Not to mention the trainers are knowledgeable, friendly, and always keep the work outs interesting. Everyone who comes quickly becomes friends and encourage each other to stick to it! The facility was very clean and amazing staff.I went in to sign up one of my boys and ended up enrolling 2 of my boys . One of my boys is a beginner to basketball but didn't get frustrated trying to learn . My sons were so excited to sign up right away after the Bootcamp they were so happy, he said it was fun working out.My boys said the music was fun while working out . My son liked basketball but wasn't confident. This place took him to levels of skill and confidence we couldn't imagine. The lowest membership starts at $60, then $70, and $80. Each membership offers something different from training, basketball leagues, and other incentives. They do charge a start up fee and the first months membership. So your looking at roughly $150 to begin the membership. But you can always check their Facebook or call and see if they offer any discounts off the membership. Usually these discounts are the no start up fee.Basketball Court and Weight RoomTheir basketball court really isnt a con, but it would've been nice if they expanded to two full courts. They currently have a full court with two half-courts. The weight room is pretty small as well. But I dont really use it that much. Overall this gym is pretty awesome. I think if they consider lowering their membership they would recieve more people and make it one of the best gyms around. More...

This place is a great place to play basketball and workout. Very clean and very friendly staff. We had a minor issue with the payment processing and David Tairu stepped in and gave me a call and resolved the situation right away and unlike most companies accepted blame and was very customer friendly. This facility is a perfect place to have a balanced workout and skills practice, particularly for anyone with a passion for basketball or fitness. I was greeted at the front desk by Sam, who gladly assisted and informed me of their gym and its’ memberships. However, all of the staff were both professional and knowledgeable of their craft. Although I didn’t personally have a trainer, the kids there were having a blast and referees were officiating some pretty competitive pick up games.
