We are a collaborative team of mental health professionals located within the Blaine Medical Center. If you are struggling with anxiety, depression, parenting, trauma, life changes, relationship issues, or career transitions, we can help! Our approach emphases the importance of the therapeutic relationship. Our counselors create a safe space for clients to share their story, obtain support, and implement change. Short and long-term therapy approaches are used as needed. Our clinical approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), client-centered, trauma-informed, multicultural, psychodynamic, strengths-based, resiliency models, mindfulness, meditation, and 12-step recovery models. We also offer life coaching and psychological assessment.
