This was by far the best security training i have ever recieved. Being ex Army and in corrections I still didnt know some of the things that Mr. Saunders taught us. The unarmed and armed classes both had amazing training and all the staff at celtic cross sets you up for success no matter what company you go and work for. What do you love most about your job?
We love being able to bring the highest quality security guards to the market and providing a higher level of professionalism to our clients along with positively impacting the communities we both serve and live in. The Director of Operations loves helping communities out in any way that he can. From job fairs, career building days, park clean ups, raising funds for a good cause, the list truly goes on and on. We love to help people any way that we can.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After spending many years in the military and then spending multiple years working for other security agencies we saw the value and need for a quality security company full of people who reflect the integrity, professionalism, pride and dedication to the customer as we have.
Why should our clients choose you?
We require the most training for our guards and hold our guards to a higher standard than most security agencies around. We strive to train the highest quality guards the market can bare, and will not settle on run of the mill guards. Every guard is required to maintain 6 hours of mandatory training monthly, qualify with their firearms quarterly, and exceed Arizona DPS requirements for security guards (both armed and unarmed).
Vehicle/ Courtesy Patrol
Our vehicle patrol/ courtesy patrol services are offered in 12 or 24 hour shifts seven days a week. We pride ourselves on offering a security solutions that fits your needs and budget.
Unarmed/ Armed Guard training
With both our 8 hour unarmed guard training and our 16 hour armed guard training we provide the as much knowledge and education as we can fit in the time allotted with also many examples based on personal experiences of instructor William Saunders. You leave the course with all paper work, fingerprints and photos required to submit your guard applications directly to DPS. We strive to make the security guard application process as simple as possible.
