Look forward to our lunches every month. They keep getting better and better. This month Susan put together a variety for us. She was able to accommodate our group and give us a variety of Fresh Catch Salmon with Chimichurri sauce and Garlic Roasted Shrimp  with veggies as well as Grilled Flat iron Steak with chimichurri sauce as another option for the meat eaters. The non-profit I work for contacted this company in early 2020 for our annual Gala. They came up with a lovely, INNOVATIVE, and themed menu for us - it was perfect! And then the world turned upside down. After a few months, we were able to plan one of the first Drive-Thru Galas and fundraisers in the area. Catered, Too rethought our entire menu, worked with us to make sure that we could deliver meals in a safe (albeit, unconventional) way, and were literally a phone call away at all times (thank you, Teri!!!!) as we navigated these unchartered waters together. Beyond their IMMENSE flexibility, with last-minute twists and turns (did I mention this event also fell in the first days of the Santa Cruz Mountain Wildfires?) and increases in guest count and so much more, the food was amazing! Even as a to-go option! It was packaged beautifully and thoughtfully and was one of the highlights of our event. I work for a construction company and our team wanted a thanksgiving lunch, COVID friendly. I reached out to Teri and she was awesome, her customer service was great and very responsive. Catered Too! was very flexible with us as we had to change our 2nd annual concert fundraiser from June to October, 2020 due to the pandemic. By mid-summer we had to pivot from an in-person fundraiser to a virtual event. Terri worked with us and came up with great ideas and options  to deliver a "Party in Place" to our Sponsors and VIP's to enjoy from the comfort and safety of their homes while they watched (and donated) to our event. Once the menu was decided Terri had Karen work with us on all of the database and delivery logistics. Our VIP's had nothing but praise about the food delivered the day of the event. I recently had the pleasure of working with Teri on a wedding that we had been planning for a client of ours for a while now. ....then COVID hit and we had to adjust plans. We had to change the location, style and guest count of the wedding and she was more than happy to roll with all of the changes and came up with many many great solutions. It is always great to work with someone who has so much knowledge, not only on food and catering but events and flow! When it came to the day of the wedding I was blown away with all of the precautions that were taken by the Catered Too staff. Everyone had many sets of gloves (for changing out when needed) mask and shields and they even brought their own washing stations to the site!Teri came up with the best solution for the appetizers during the short cocktail reception-everything was individually boxed and each guest were handed their own trio of the delicious apps. My office has been working with Susan Arrighi with Catered Too! since June. We have been getting our month end lunches catered from the company as they deliver and the food is always outstanding. I work for Stevens Creek Toyota and they are willing to drive from Palo Alto for a small fee and the food is always served warm and fresh like it just got out of the kitchen. Not only is the delivery a plus, they come up with menus to customize to our preference as well as accommodating to our specialty meals including allergies and pescatarian friendly options. We've have a wide variety from their BBQ, to Asian Fusion, Walnut Shrimp, green chicken curry, tritip to their Turkey Holiday meals. Our meals are always served with a drink and a homemade dessert. Catered Too! Never disappoints, always served warm, food is fresh, convenient and delivery is always on time. Susan is easy to communicate with and responds quickly. I love Susan Arrghi who I was referred to her by a very dear vendor partner when I was planning a West Coast Sales Retreat for my Corporate office.  Susan was so helpful and courteous during the entire process.  Of course I was trying to impress my team with the food and Susan and the Chef came through!  The food was on time, gourmet, warm and delicious!! She came through with flying colors on both days! I recently used her again for a Client Lunch Presentation last week.  This time it was more casual but still gourmet and the Sandwiches and salads were fresh and creative.  She even had 2 types of homemade lemonade! I worked with Susan Arrghi on a socially distant Executive offsite meeting in Menlo Park, CA.  From the start of the process, Susan was so accommodating and helpful.  We did a walkthrough of the space and made some determinations.  The Chef and day-of coordinator also joined us on the walk. We were able to talk through a COVID safe event and layout what we needed.   The day-of staff was absolutely stellar.  Events are hard enough to execute flawlessly, then you add all of the needed precautions, making it even more difficult.  I was so pleased with the staff, service, set up and of course THE MENU!  Delicious! Very delicious lunch delivery option. Catered Too uses the freshest ingredients and makes super flavorful box lunch salads and sandwiches. We had the southwest salad and Cali chicken wrap - highly recommend both. Support this local business to help them get through which surely must be a slow time for catering. This review is in regard to the Redwood Cafe at Avenidas in Palo Alto and refers strictly to the menu presented.  I have yet to be able to eat there. Do you know how many seniors have a problem with eating onions?  I'm thinking not because onions feature in almost every sandwich.  There appears to be no gluten free choice of bread any longer, indeed, for anyone who has digestive issues (and let's remember it is a senior center) it is difficult to find anything suitable to eat. For some people, sourdough bread counts as gluten free.Do you ever have goat cheese as a choice?  What about lactose free yoghurt/milk?  I could go on.Also, are the sandwiches made onsite or brought to Avenidas already made.  Merely removing onions from a sandwich does not make it onion free.Some fresh ideas would be appreciated More...

Wow. My list of great things to say goes on and on for Teri and the team at Catered Too. Teri took a lot of time to answer many many questions regarding layout and time frame for our wedding and she was incredibly thorough and helpful. We were planning a wedding from out of state and weren't able to taste the food before hand, but that was not an issue- EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING- I mean it, absolutely delicious. It's a shame I was in a tight wedding gown I didn't get to eat more..but they did send us home with a large tray of leftovers ;)<br><br>Another thing-24 hours before the start of our wedding we were shockingly told by our venue that we would not be able to hold our reception there. I called Teri and although surprised she did not skip a beat. They were able to show up the next morning at a surprise venue they had never been to before (and neither had we) and created a perfect wedding dinner, bar and wonderful service.  They do it all. This review is about 4 months overdue. All I have to say is that Catered Too is AMAZING. I booked them for my wedding this past July at Montalvo Arts Center and they were nothing short of amazing. Everything from the tasting to the final details the week of my wedding, there were on top of things. Also, Teri is just heaven sent. She always emails back within a considerate time frame and was so good at answering all my questions. The staff even found time on my busy wedding schedule to fetch me snacks between my wedding photos with the bridal party and brought us a plate directly to our table filled all the good stuff from the buffet line. We are so happy we went with Catered Too! for our wedding catering! They were so great to work with and helped us create the perfect menu with all our favorite foods elevated. They had amazing service and even had some assigned to make sure we were taken care of after the ceremony and throughout the rest of the evening. They brought in a mobile kitchen to make sure everything was fresh and cooked properly. I didn't hear one complaint about dry chicken or overcooked steak. I recently hired Catered Too for a small 60 person birthday party at my home. Even though it wasn't the size of their normal events, they still treated my event as if it were. They set up an advanced tasting, where I was able to give lots of feedback on the dishes. Everything was delicious, but they were incredibly accommodating of my change requests due to allergies, which I really appreciated.<br><br>On the day of the event, they came on time, with an impressive amount of staff, and set up quickly and efficiently. Everyone was incredibly professional, and the service was absolutely perfect across the board. The food was delicious - they somehow were able to get restaurant quality food served out of a makeshift kitchen in my garage! Teri got us through our wedding day like a true pro. From the very beginning she was attentive to our needs, patient with our family, and sensitive to our budget. She always had our best interests in mind, even when family members had dissenting views. Other caterers we interviewed with were more concerned with pleasing the parents and telling us what we wanted rather than listening to our ideas. This was one of the main reasons we choose Catered Too.

The menu they came up with fit our personalities and pleased everyone involved. We were stunned with how eclectic the menu was for our price range. The Chilean Sea Bass was everyone's favorite! My husband and I are foodies who were on a budget, and Catered Too delivered the highest quality menu we could afford, and it was delicious! It was the best "wedding food" I had ever had and everyone raved about it. The service was also wonderful. The bartenders handled our signature cocktails flawlessly and even mixed some custom drinks for several of our friends.

Muhammad, our on-site event manager, was amazing. He made sure we got some appetizers during cocktail hour and fixed us a beautiful plate from the buffet when it was time for dinner. He also coached us on how to cut the cake and kept everything on schedule. Thank you so much, Muhammad!

Of course there were a few hiccups during the evening, but we are all human! Our wedding day was a huge success because of Catered Too. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a solid caterer who has creativity, will work within your budget and will listen to all of your crazy ideas.

I don't know that there are enough words to describe what a wonderful time I had planning our client's catering and rentals with Teri. .. she truly is helpful, detailed, organized, involved, budget conscience and so willing to help however she can, exactly what we as Coordinators look for! The food was delicious! Our most recent couple had an adventurous pallet, and the chef was excited to spruce up some bold flavors for them and really wowed them with her abilities. I hired Catered Too for my wedding at Montalvo this past weekend. I have to say that my experience with Teri and her team was nothing but amazing. <br><br>Teri was my point of contact from the beginning to the end. She always responded to my emails. If she didn't have an answer right away, she would still respond and let me know as an FYI. This is much appreciated as a bride-to-be because you want answers fast and it made the planning process stress-free.<br><br>I love that the team had food and drinks waiting in the bridal suite right after the ceremony. Teri and the team made sure my husband and I got our food first to ensure that we actually got a chance to eat during the reception.
