This shop is amazing!! I went to Catan fashions as I'd previously been here with my MOH for her wedding dress and loved the service/attention she received. I was immediately greeted, asked my budget and the stylists immediately began helping me. After I'd picked the dresses I loved, I went back and the one stylist began helping me into the dresses and helped me put the heels on once in the dress. I found my gown after about 4-5 dresses in. It was definitely clear that was the one I wanted but when I said I wanted to look a bit more just in case, she helped me and my girls look for other dresses I might like. What I love is that they don't tell you no picture taking like other salons do. I love how Patrice Catan is so involved in the process. She checked in every so often to see how it was going. I love that I can have the dress customized! I discussed with the girl helping me that I'd love to add glitter tulle underlay and bring the lace down a bit more. We talked with Patrice and she is able to do both! She is truly interested in what the bride wants in the dress. It's the perfect dress and will be even more special with the customization! All of her dresses are stunning and there are so many to choose from. She is truly a talented designer and really cares about her customers. I was able to work with the designer herself and she was so helpful! Dresses are very affordable and great quality. She is also willing to alter dresses (add straps, take them off, etc) to better suit the bride. Highly recommend!

I canNOT express how fantastic Catan’s Bridal staff was to me on my wedding day. I purchased both my dress and veil from Catan’s. The day of my wedding the salon I went to put my veil on backwards however at that time I didn’t know it was... I called Catan’s thinking the veil was made wrong because what well established salon would do that right Within 10 minutes I had a wonderful Catan’s fashion stylist, her name is Sarah, at my door with two extra veils!! She took out the veil and placed and secured it back on the correct way !!!!!! I have never ever had such amazing customer service !! And I only had 30 more minutes until my limo came. It took sarah not even 10 minutes to fix the salons problem.. I will forever be greatful to Pat, Sarah and Catan’s Bridal! You saved my day and went over and beyond ! Thank you sooo much ❤️ More...

From the moment I walked through the door (my first stop for dress shopping btw), to the moment I walked out with my PERFECT gown! ! I owe it all to Patrice and her staff at Catan’s. It was the second dress I tried on and one of Patrice’s designs. I absolutely fell in love. Not only was the lace work so delicate and pristine, but the modesty of the gown is really what drew me in! I said yes to the dress at Catan’s today!!! Had an amazing experience, there was such a large selection of dresses to choose from and the woman assisting me the entire time was really helpful and determined to help me find the right dress for me! The owner even came and introduced herself and offered some help with the dress as well! I was able to customize my dress with sleeves and little details that it will come back with already done for me! Highly recommend every bride to be checks out Catan’s!!! Catan was the second place I went when I started looking for dresses. Pat helped me and knew exactly what I wanted. She was able to pick out dresses I never knew I would like and DID! Being a bride I wanted to make sure I saw everything out there so I went to a few other salons, but just knew I wanted to get my dress from Catan. My dress was perfect! firstly this place is amazing! the atmosphere and service are far beyond anything in the cleveland area. I had Deja as my stylist today and she went above and beyond to help me find the perfect dress. Today was amazing! I walked in knowing what I wanted for my dress and had my mind made up. This was until I met Angela, I picked out the couple dresses I liked and she pulled some others and she asked what i was looking for and I told her I would keep an open mind to try others on. I tried my dress on I thought I really loved then she had me try on the dressed she pulled and changed the whole game!!! I truly thought I knew what I wanted until i tried on this dress she pulled and it was stunning, i did try on a few different ones but i totally was in love with the one she picked! She knows her stuff when it comes to wedding gowns and the fit, I also got the pleasure of meeting the owner and everyone was so hands on and Mrs.Cantan told me she makes and designs all of her gowns and no one else has these styles. I was truly stunned knowing I got to meet the designer behind my dress because it made it that more special!!! I cant wait to pick up my dress! I would definitely recommend this bridal store because they not only know and design their own gowns but they make you feel like family and everything is very personable!!! I’m a few months late to sharing but choosing my dress from Catan’s was the best decision!!! When I first walked in I didn’t think I was going to find my dress until my maid of honor (cousin) begged me to try on a dress I didn’t think I would fall in love with! That ended up being the dress! The dresses have gorgeous detail and made to make you feel like a Queen! Mrs. Catan, I can’t thank you enough for my beautiful dress and working with me to make my wedding day perfect!! I cannot thank the wonderful staff at Catan Fashions enough. I was waited on hand and foot. They made me feel so special. I had the total, "Bride Experience," that I was hoping for . I was able to find, "THE DRESS." They also found the perfect veil and the most beautiful necklace and earrings for me. I am so excited for my future husband to see me on our wedding day. We had an incredible experience at Catan Fashions. Daylon, my consultant, was not only patient, down to earth, and friendly but also has an eye for wedding gowns.
