Vanessa did an excellent job deep cleaning our house today. She was on time, very meticulous, friendly and didn't seem to be tired even after completing 4 hrs of work ! !!Appt scheduling was also a breeze. I would definitely be reusing their services again. I have been with a cleaning company for the last 10 years. My favorite cleaner left about two years ago and ever since then they have not been able to get it right. .. I had Ms. Sabrina come out on Thursday to do a deep clean. I was home so I could show her some of the problem areas. She was very receptive. You never know how dirty your house is until someone comes in to do a deep clean! That little girl did an amazing job! She loves to clean, loves my cats and was delightful. Great service and great communication!! Love the follow up emails and texts. Stephanie at the office was great and made sure I still got service even when an employee called out sick. The only recommendation I can make is to bring booty covers as an option for customers who prefer shoes to be removed. The cookies sent to my home as a thank you was also a very sweet touch! More...

We needed a deep clean for our open house. I waited till the last second to book my appointment, and they went out of their way to squeeze us in. The representative that came did a wonderful job. I would have liked to see a team of 2 though because it did take a full 8 hours (understandable for 1 person).Price was VERY reasonable. I just recently hired house cleaners for the first time over the past year. I have 3 dogs and 3 kids and just couldn't keep up. I have tried 3 different cleaners over this past year and there was always *something* that just didn't go right, and wasn't a good fit. Miranda with Cascade Maids cleaned for us recently and did the best job of anyone I've had come by! She was prompt, friendly, positive, and did an amazingly detailed job. She was flexible about the dogs being in the house, and that is so important to me. I have high standards for cleaning and she definitely exceeded them! I highly recommend this company. More...

Great experience all around, and totally satisfied with the cleaning job. Online appointment scheduling was straightforward, and got a friendly call after booking to confirm details. Desiree arrived right on time and did a fantastic job on the deep clean. Counters, sinks, and surfaces all looked as good as new. Cleaning took longer than scheduled, but absolutely no qualms about the result. Hopefully all of their cleaners are as good, would definitely have her back any time!Only quirk on their website was that I couldn't figure out where to login and make modifications to the appointment. I've never hired a maid service before so I didn't know what to expect. First of all the online process was seamless. I received reminder emails and an email afterwards to make sure my experience was great. I really appreciated they wanted to check in with me afterwards to make sure I was satisfied. My favorite thing about this company is that they use eco friendly products. I have children and pets and am so glad the stuff they use won't harm them.
