Casa Cubana Catering & Events

Decided to have a party for my boyfriend, last minute on a Friday. Contacted Casa Cubana on Wednesday and received an email with the menu and different catering options. Contacted Diana with the selections and received a prompt response. She was always so quick to respond and assist me with any questions I had. The food was delivered at the exact time expected. It was set up, with the cutest signs of what each tray contained. I was provided with spoons, forks, plates, napkins, serving utensils, which I did not expect at all. Aside from their amazing work ethics and absolutely awesome delivery service, the food was AMAZING. Everyone gave only positive feedback on how delicious everything was. I bought plastic containers for leftovers, not one was used because the food was gone! Haha. We ordered catering from them.  I thought the food was good, but there was not enough meat for the price I paid.  At least they gave me enough rice to make up for it so people got somewhat full.  We ordered Ropa Vieja, Tofu Picadillo, Lechon Asado, Camarones enchilado and Pollo al Mojo. The Pollo al Mojo was a bit dry and did not go over well, but the other dishes were quite good.  We ran out of the shrimp very quickly, which to me says they did not provide enough.  The maduros were EXCELLENT, the best I've ever had.  So all in all, good food, but I'm not sure the value was there for us.  Don't think I'd order catering from them again when Me Casa is more affordable and provided more bang for the buck. Simply amazing Cuban Food! Fresh and great portions from the ropa vieja to the paella and all the way to the Cuban sandwiches everything is just delicious! We had them cater a lunch at the office and everything was perfect! A must try. More...
