This is the best bbq place in MD. Well worth the hour drive from Hagerstown area for dinner! The raspberry bbq sauce is awesome and so is the cornbread! yummy!!

I cannot say enough about CarterQue. I honestly feel these are more like friends than a business. Colleen and the catering crew was professional, yet personal with the catering for my daughter’s wedding. Colleen was very patient with calls & questions even the week of the wedding. The food is absolutely delicious. We had a no- pork event and made choices accordingly. Everyone raved about the food. The crew arrived on time and their appearance was sharp...They even brought appetizers outside to the bridal party during the photo session after the ceremony! The clean-up policy is amazing. This crew stayed along with our family to help us. I can get teary thinking about this. It honestly meant so much to all of us. I knew they’d help, but did not expect the amount of help they gave. They are all very hard workers. I was also impressed with how WELL they worked together. We HIGHLY recommend Carterque for any catering needs and we highly recommend the food. I would have given them five stars if it weren’t for messing up my bbq sauce on my burnt ends. I wanted the sweet and tangy and they gave the the black raspberry which just didn’t sit perfectly on the burnt ends. I will say the service was fast and polite.
