My review comes from a unique perspective. I am an audio guy who got some new equipment for upcoming shows and couldn’t get them to communicate. Being a weekend the manufacturer customer support was not available. I called CCSL on a Saturday morning and got Danny on the 2nd ring. Told him my inquiry was odd but he said we use that gear every day and gave me the number to his lead tech “ G Mase”. I called G and he took time to help me troubleshoot over the phone. Couldn’t seem to figure it out and offered to drive 40 minutes to my house to help me out!! We text back and forth a bit and I was able to get my system synced after updating some firmware. All I can say is these guys are solid!! They had no win in helping me other than to pay it forward. I’m so impressed I’ll be talking to Danny to see if we can partner in the future. This is the right way to run a business and you can tell the genuinely care about doing things right. I was in Charlotte for an event I was hosting. I discovered late Friday that I forgot my microphone. Being from Atlanta, there was no way I could go back home. I found Charlotte Sound Stage & Light through a google search and called right away. I was expecting them to say I had to come pick up the mic but Danny said he would drop it off the next morning. He met me at the venue, gave me the mic and even helped to make sure the mic worked. He took his time in making sure my sound was working properly! I can’t thank him enough. We booked Carolina SSL for a multi band concert series early August of this year. Full service stage extension, lighting, and sound equipment. Danny & his team did a phenomenal job!
