The best fried Catfish in town! All the sides are amazing. Love everything I've tried and the staff is so sweet. Just very sad they started closing on Mondays as it's the most command day I come to town! Will be missing their Catfish!

I have only eaten from the catering trailer,how however I have had the pulled pork fries, brisket,fried pickles and a few other items off of their menu. I found the quality and service phenomenal. Had brisket, which was superb all by itself, however being my first time there, I had to sample their BBQ sauces...and was glad I did! !! Full flavored and tangy. I wish I had a cup of it to chug. I also featured the collard greens.... OUTSTANDING!!!! I love greens and theirs were so good I had to get an order to go. My other side dish was fried okra. Golden brown, non greasy and delicious. I got the 3 meat combo, which was brisket, hot link and ribs. Ribs were tender and moist, with a nice smoked flavor. The hot link did have pepper inside, so the name hot link fits. I dipped the link into the mustard BBQ sauce, and it tamed down the pepper. The brisket was chopped and flavorful. My 2 sides were beans and collard greens. There are prettier BBQ restaurants. There are specialists in certain BBQ items that are more amazing perhaps. But Carolina is just reliably great, time after time.
You can tell by their clientele- no suits, no man buns, way more safety vests than skirts (and that's just with the ladies).
Today's brisket was tender and succulent, with one side of it cooked that delicious burnt-end black. Juicy chicken. Great curly fries- not easy to find in Reno. RC Cola! I need to go back soon too, for the peach cobbler and the fried green beans.
