Peter and his right hand man, Lorenzo, were the hit of our son's birthday party. The pizza was a crowd favorite among the kids and the adults and he couldn't make them fast enough. As soon as he took one out of the oven, it was gone! This dynamic duo were excellent with the crowd, making the experience interactive and even more fun. Peter catered my daughter's rehearsal dinner this past Friday at stone tavern farm. We had close to 200 people and everyone RAVED
Peter and his crew arrived exactly on time and provided an incredible variety of brick oven pizzas which included lobster, pulled pork, figs, pesto, arugula and desert pies. He even accommodated my vegan, gluten -free friends.
I would highly recommend to anyone. He was just wonderful to work with.

We hired Carmelo's Brick Oven pizza for a baby shower at our home and it was excellent. From the time you call Peter Seminara till his group are done offering their last dessert pizza he is very professional. My guests were primarily vegetarian and enjoyed spicy ingredients and he was able to make them all very happy. All of my guests were extremely impressed by the food, service and kindness that he and his group provided. I also requested a server who was very helpful in keeping people fed and helped us to set up/clean up. The ingredients he used were fresh and full of flavor. Pete catered my son's graduation party and it was awesome! People are still talking about it! He was great to work with and over-delivered amazing, creative, perfectly cooked pizzas! The salad and mozzerella/tomato/ basil was excellent too. Would use him again in a heart beat! Only mistake we made was not having him make us some extra so we could enjoy afterwards whenever we needed a Carmelo's fix! More...

We went to our Skyline Lakes Halloween event a couple of weeks back and had Carmelo's Brick Oven Pizza at the event. He had a great setup and service was amazing. He served up many types of pizzas and even was taken special request types on the fly with no issues. The pies were cooked to perfection and tasted amazing. When you are cooking on the spot, the pizza comes out fresh with some amazingly delicious cheese and other toppings. You cannot beat that.
Just a heads up he comes in a custom-made wood-burning brick oven (trailer attached to a pickup truck) it was a great setup! More...

Mike and his unsurpassable crew did our all day and night event yesterday in our home for over 400 people. Delicious, hot, cheesy perfection is what all our guests were raving about. His brick oven pizza creations were as beautiful to the eye as they were to eat. Peter was so easy to work with and so personable. Don't think twice..he cannot be beat! Carmelo's Brick Oven Pizza catered our wedding event of 100+ people. Peter was on time, set up fast, and over-delivered on his promise of great pizza at amazing speed. All our guests kept saying the pizza was the best part. People are still talking about which pies they liked the best. He was taking custom orders and even worked with the separate catering company we had hired, easily taking any orders from guests through our wait staff. It was nothing but a positive experience. We hired Carmelo's Brick Oven pizza for an evening event at our business (Hickory & Tweed) last week. Peter was kind enough to drive up from New Jersey and served our guests throughout the night. The pizzas were a HUGE hit with our attendees, along with the variety of ingredients and toppings that Peter served on his multiple options. Peter had his oven on late into the evening and took care of our guests until the end of the event. Both the setup and presentation were professional and very welcoming, allowing guests to interact and enjoy a "personal pizza" experience. Peter and Carmelo's Brick Oven are godsends. We researched several pizza vendors for our baby shower and Peter blew them all out of the water. He was always available whenever I had questions and made our event feel like it was his very own. They made our baby shower absolutely wonderful and it was a hit because of Peter and his delicious pizza. He is affable and entertained the guests and prioritized everyone. I had Peter at my home last Saturday for a family/friend gathering. We usually serve the usual hamburger/hot dogs.....but not this time! We hired Peter and his helper and they provided my guests with the most amazing pizzas that tasted out of this world. Sure he had the regular cheese and pepperoni styles, however he is genius because he adds special ingredients such as pulled pork, sauted mushrooms and other kinds of toppings I never heard of. My uncle who is a vegetarian was in heaven because Peter was able to make him creative vegetarian pies. In addition, I added the Pork Sliders to my menu. Boy were they good! The pork was so moist and juicy and was topped with a home made corn savory topping that was delicious. Overall, my guests were blown out of the water and thoroughly impressed! I will definitely be using Peter again in the future and I would definitely recommend him to EVERYONE! He was a real gentleman to work with and very receptive to cater to the guests. The best choice we've ever made! We recently had an engagement party at my parents house with Carmelo's as our caterer. Not only were these guys an absolute pleasure to work with, but the pizzas were amazing! The ingredients were fresh and the options were endless. We hired Carmelo's Brick Oven Pizza for a backyard birthday party - Mom's 70th. Peter, the owner, really takes pride in his pizza and his professionalism, and it shows. There were so many choices of pizza, and everyone got to try whatever they liked - not a single piece of pizza was left at the end of the night. The crust was cooked to perfection, and the cheese and fresh toppings were excellent. There were even a few "dessert pizzas" - agave-sweetened crust with fresh fruits sliced right there in person, and nutella, chocolate, marshmallows - you name it. Peter was responsive by email and phone, and double-checked that we would have enough room out front on the street for his custom-made wood-burning brick oven (trailer attached to a pickup truck). From set-up to tear-down, they were self-sufficient, orderly, friendly with all the guests (even with the policeman who arrived to ask some guests to move their cars which were parked on the wrong side of the street). If you're looking for an authentic (outdoor) pizza party and if you're familiar with the "Fire Within" portable oven trailers designed and produced by Joe Pergolizzi (or even if you're not), you'll have a wonderful experience with Carmelo's Brick Oven Pizza in the NY/NJ metro area.
