Since high school tennis, I've had terrible back problems.   To the point from I cannot get out of bed some days and I'm only 28! Ive tried everything from massage therapy to heat/cold therapy at home on bad days, nothing seems to remedy it.  A few weeks ago, my back was the worst it's ever been.  After being laid out on Flexeril for a few days I decided to try acupuncture.  The first day I met with Mr. Woolley, I only had a 15 min session because I did not eat that day and about fainted.  Tip: EAT before you go in! Anyways, that night I went home and was able to lay on my back throughout the night, which is so uncomfortable for me.  Those pins within minutes worked  their magic on me. I had my second appointment today and was able to go the full amount and walked out of there feeling like a million bucks! I totally recommend Mr. Woolley!!! More...

Within a few minutes of treatment with Dr. Woolley my pain had disappeared and I had full range of motion in my knee. Dr. Woolley had many interesting antecdotes that kept my mind occupied during the session.  Will be going back for more. More...

I went to Dr. Wooley for the first time last week and had a great experience. I let him know I was having problems with sleeping and anxiety and wanted to try a homeopathic approach. He was very attentive and gave me great feedback of how acupuncture could help with these things and proceeded to put me at ease by relating his experience in treating these problems. I did my first session and not only did my insomnia clear up immediately, but I had a variety of healing I wasn't expecting. For instance, I had been having pain in my right arm from carpal tunnel / tennis elbow and after this treatment the inflammation and pain went down more than any therapy I had tried for it recently; including a cortisone shot. His rates are the best I've seen in the area. I've gone to people who charge 4 times as much and they were also very good and caring and attentive, but I felt the extra money was only going towards the ambiance. If you want a great acupuncturist that is friendly and caring and dedicated to helping his patients I would recommend Dr. Wooley wholeheartedly. More...

This guy is AMAZING! I called his office to ask if he would honor his Groupon price in office and he said yes absolutely. I have been going now for 4 sessions and am very happy with my results . I began seeing some really good results after my 3rd session, so this is not a quick fix.I would say that honestly all of the reviews on here are true, even the lower starred ones. Yes its a small office with a big partition and yes Dr. Woolley is a hippie type guy who has accidentally called me "babe" and then apologized. I call him a rock n roll hippie! The office is small yes, and yes it can be loud and not the most spa like atmosphere although he tries as he puts headphones on you. It is a no thrills office. But I love it! My first consult was indeed really quick but I thought okay, what the heck! Now when I walk in we say hello, I lay down, pins in, headphones on, lay for 30 minutes and then out. If you are looking for a spa this is not your place. If you are looking for a guy who knows his stuff and will get you in and out, this is your guy! My regular dr continued to put me on medication to help my issue and it was not working, yet after 4 good sessions with Dr. Woolley I am seeing results. My goal was not to get a massage during acupuncture but to get results and I am! I just signed up for 5 more sessions with him. More...

These were my first 2 experiences in the world of acupuncture.  I've never felt confident with this sort of alternative medicine only because of all the new age crap thrown around these days particularly in the beach communities around here. ..yoga this...crystals that....herbs ....oils.  You know the drill particularly if you are a skeptic like myself. Wife was tired of me complaining of chronic neck and backPain as genuinely concerned with my health and comfort.  She did a bit of review research and boom!! Appointment with Clayton.  Bottom line.... you want a state of the art BS fancy office with pretty girls and a spa like Atmosphere then Go pay for that. This guy seems to know his stuff. He's knowledgeable and reasonably priced.  Regarding a prior complaint here...To complain about the background noise level beyond your listening headphones and not mention this, only to yelp about it is passive aggressive.  If you were uncomfortable you should have mentioned it. Clayton seems to be a reasonable guy and probably would have turned down his personal music if you asked.  Bottom line:  I feel better with less pain and am returning for my 3rd session next week.  He never pressured me to return and let his work do the talking.  Recommending this business for sure. I had a work injury over a year ago that has caused my hip to degenerate.  I have been under chiropractic care for the last 3 months with improvement, but it's slow going and some days are worse than others.  My pain was intense by the end of everyday and I had a difficult time walking for long period's and stairs were a nightmare!!!  I had a planned trip scheduled for a business convention/vacation to Florida and my Fiance' was seriously afraid that I wasn't going to be able to make the trip.  Just the flight alone was a terrifying thought, let alone the amount of walking I was going to be required to do.  I was going to be in all day training classes for two of the days...so pain pills were not even a consideration.  I got an email from Groupon just 3 days before leaving and saw Dr. Woolley's ad.  I figured I would give it a shot and purchased 3 visits but couldn't make my first appointment until the day I was actually leaving.  I told Dr. Woolley he was going to have to perform a miracle on short notice.  I explained to him what I was up against... Well, to my amazement as well as the "shock and awe" my fiance' was experiencing, due to my 100% pain free 8 day trip, (without any restrictions to my physical activity) made for an incredible vacation and a true believer out of me... I will continue to see the Dr. from this day forward, Groupon or not.... He definitely saved the day and probably my life... I'm a Very Happy camper and would recommend Acupuncture for anything that ail's you.... have a great day and a blessed pain free life.Lara O More...

Went to Dr. Woolley for symptoms of carpal tunnel.  had a few days of it a few years ago, and then probably 2 months of symptoms this year, including what felt like the most excruciating arm pain of my life during some nights.  A nighttime brace helped that tremendously, but I was still getting numbness and tingling.  I wanted Eastern Medicine practices so I gave him a shot.  At the get-go, he recommended about 6 treatments.  I had only gotten 1, and wanted to see what it would do.  I can say that I felt better within 12 hours of the treatment, and the symptoms gradually disappeared.  I still get flareups, but I would NOT feel as well as I do without the help of Dr. Woolley.  He knows what he's doing and he is INCREDIBLY personable.  If I get prolonged symptoms again, I will definitely go back, and for repeated treatments.  Thank you, DOC! I had heard over the years to try acupuncture but to be honest I thought it was for crazy people. I couldn't have believed in it less.....I went to see Dr. Woolley and told him why I was there- for pain. He asked if I wanted to try to get pregnant. Which randomly had been a discussion my husband and I had two nights prior. My OBGYN who is outstanding would of course rather us try for a baby for numerous reasons but said not to put pressure on because it could take awhile with my situation. Dr. Woolley said to give him 3-4 months. I went home thinking he must be crazy. A little over a month later I was calling to cancel appointments because I was in fact pregnant. I'm two and a half weeks away from having these precious baby boy. I believe with all of my heart it was Dr. Woolley's Magic touch. My OB and husband couldn't believe it! He was easy to schedule and work with. He let me ask 500 questions every time I went. And he worked with me and my schedule. I cannot wait to send him pictures of this little bundle of joy. I can't not tell you how wonderful this man is.  He is more than a doctor, more than an acupuncturist, he is an angel.  If he doesn't have the answer to your issue, he will find it.  I know he loves seeing his patients, but I truly believe he loves when he doesn't see them because he's made them well.  I stopped seeing him for several months one at one point, only because he completely cured me. The next time I saw him, it was for a different issue and he was able to treat me for that as well! He is awesome! I've seen lots of acupuncturists in my life and he is by far my favorite. His office is small and not fancy in any way, but he cares. He listens, and he fixes you. I miss him so much! I have moved back to Texas and my biggest regret is not having him around. Ummmm... What just happened? Thanks to my profession, I have been suffering from debilitating wrist pain for two years, and as a result, the quality of my work has suffered as well. I love what I do, but I have actually been looking for another line of work because of the intense requirements on my wrist. The pain has become too unbearable to continue.I did three sessions with Dr. Woolley, and was skeptical after the first two sessions yielded no results. He insisted that the treatment could take 3 to 6 sessions, but I thought he was just saying that to make me buy more sessions... Anyway, he gave me a great deal (better than Groupon), so I went with the three session package. After my third session, I went home, still not expecting to experience a difference in my wrist. After work that night, I realized that I had experienced ZERO pain in my wrist! After years of experiencing level 11 out of 10 on the pain scale, to now be experiencing a zero on the pain scale, I am absolutely blown away. I always thought acupuncture was something to do just for fun, but this stuff is for real! What a miracle!Dr. Woolley is kind and personable, and his knowledge on the healing arts is truly impressive. Looking back, I'm laughing at myself for thinking I knew more than this man who has passionately studied his art for something like 17 years. Anyway, people believe what they want to, right? Well I'm a believer now. I am in deep gratitude to this man for living his life purpose with excellence so that I can truly enjoy my gifts again! More...

Dr. Woolley is FANTASTIC! I went to him to alleviate pain caused from my Endometriosis, allergies, and fertility.  He was able to address them all! !!!I originally sought acupuncture because my Endometriosis pain was so severe, I was prescribed Vicodin to take daily.  When I met with the Dr., he took the time to learn amount my history and any other concerns as well.  He set me up with treatments twice a week.  After a month, I no longer was experiencing the always present, dull aching pain that had consumed my life.  By month 2, I only noticed the pain when it was my cycle.  Month 3, I had no pain at all and haven't experienced it since!  During my treatments, I shared with Dr. Woolley that I would like to conceive.  1 week after I had concluded my treatment with him, I went to my OBGYN and found out I was pregnant!  I am over 2 months pregnant and so excited.  I have been trying to conceive since Jan 2013, and I am sure acupuncture made the difference.I told the Dr. that I have severe eye allergies and have been on steroids as needed, since the age of 18 which is very unhealthy.  I lived on Opcon-A eye drops using it every day, 3 times a day.  During month 2 of treatment, I took a trip to AZ.  For the first time in my life, I didn't have to take any medicine. It was the most amazing feeling!  Whenever I would visit AZ in the past, I was a complete mess.  After the 3rd month, I couldn't even remember the last time I took medication.  I haven't had to use it since.I am so thankful to Dr. Woolley, he is fantastic! I wish I had done this sooner to prevented the suffering I experienced for years.  If you are considering treatment, you are in good hands with Dr. Woolley. More...

Also a side note, yes his desk is in one of the treatment rooms but him talking on the phone and making appts while I lay there doesn't bother me, if that's not something you want just tell him and he will surely put you in the other treatment room where it's silent. I decided to try acupuncture after over six months of chronic sinus pain.  My primary doctor, not knowing how to treat me after several rounds of antibiotics and steroids, sent me to an allergist, who put me on a regime of inhalers, pills, and nasal sprays (but even after testing could not tell me exactly what I was allergic to).  This was my first time trying acupuncture as I felt it was my last resort being a little fearful of having needles all over my body.  Dr. Woolley put me at ease not only with his great professionalism and knowledge, but his personableness and positive energy.  Dr. Woolley has a great love for people and his work to help and heal them.  After about 2 1/2 months of treatment, my sinuses are clear, congestion is gone, and I don't mind the whole needle thing so much anymore!!! Even through drastic weather fluctuations, I am symptom free! I have renewed energy and am back to my regular activities without any medications.  Over the course of treatment, I did come down with a cold, but it didn't even last a week and I had no sinus/nasal symptoms due to the treatment I was receiving.  Before seeing Dr. Woolley, this cold would have turned into a sinus infection, then bronchitis...not this time!  I am so grateful for Dr. Woolley's services and highly recommend him for whatever ails you :) THANK YOU Dr. Woolley!!!
