The truck was at a wedding we attended this past weekend and my son, who has autism, is obsessed with trucks. The entire staff was wonderful with him when he wanted to go over and see the truck and even let him look inside. The food was excellent as well! We had Caribe Soul out for a private event (my husband’s 30th birthday party) and I can’t say enough good about them! My mother in law and I went to long wharf to try their food before we booked, and ended up going back for more they were so delicious! I loved that they had options to work withinour budget, something for everyone (pork, shrimp, beef and chicken) and kid friendly options! She uses the freshest ingredients and cooks everything from scratch, and you can definitely tell when that scrumptious food hits your tongue. The only thing I have ever missed @ Atlanta was Little 5 Points and Cuban street food. Yesterday after walking around doing errands, I took a try at this food truck on the corner of College and Elm. I love Cuban sandwiches and I also love Empanadas...And then NIRVANA!!! They put them both together!!!! Carnitas they are called and they are AMAZING!!! The sauce on the side has just the right kick! The lovely woman who served me was wonderful! Get this, 2 Carnitas for $5.00!!!! DO yourself a favor and stop by this truck !!!!! More...

This little food truck in New Haven at the corner of Elm and College is the place to hit up for an authentic slice of caribbean cuisine!
The owner is attentive, friendly and knowledgeable of her food, and the staff take after the owner, great group of hardworking people! The food is like I said, authentic and tasty, quick bites and good prices=HAPPINESS! My favorite is the guava lava empanada, sweet and salty, perfect combination of flavors, I'm in love LOL

One day at work i happened to look out the window and see this big silver truck that had the word CARIBE SOUL on the side of it parked on a street corner. Was curious but not enough to go outside to see what this truck was all about. One day i at work i saw a menu that said CARIBE SOUL and said, Hmmm i wonder. I read the menu and decided to go check it out, it couldn't hurt. I arrived and saw two woman working hard to satisfy the appetite of their customers and it smelled Delicious!!! I ordered a Chicken Casadilla, a shrimp Empanada and a chicken Empanada and the shrimp Empanada came with a sauce which was also delicious!!!... Over all you have to try CARIBE SOUL food to judge it for yourself and trust i would judge and eat this food anytime !!!!! Rj* P.S.
