Erica made our first brunch experience memorable by guiding us through the menu with the perfect suggestions. The Carine Blu Sampler was a great starter. The empanadas, arnitas and tostones were amazing and the sauces offered a wide variety of savory flavors with which to accompany them. Bottomless tropical mimosas boasted unique choices like guava and mango as well as the traditional selections. The stuffed guava French toast was both an innovating and delightful brunch choice that I paired with bacon and eggs. Definitely will be returning. More...

Love when they have mojitos on a Saturday! I work Sundays and their mimosas don't do it for me. ;) Their food is great. The price is right. Love the sauces. I've eaten most things on the menu at this point. Always delicious! More...

My wife and I wanted to try a new brunch spot and she is a fan of mimosas so we figured why not. They offer unlimited mimosas for $10 a person on Sunday during brunch. The service was great from the start as we were greeted by the owner himself we later learned. They offer inside seating and a patio. The food was very good, its a mixture of Cuban and Dominican options as well as a few others. There's 4 mimosa flavors to choose from and they keep 'em coming. Give this place a try the next time your looking for a new brunch spot. I drove 25 minutes and it was worth it. More...
