This is the second time we have used Michelle. She is very professional and the returned resume and cover letter were finished sooner than expected. The first time around I was having trouble getting any hits on the resume I crafted and as soon as I started submitting the resume and cover letter she prepared the interviews started rolling in. Undoubtedly Michelle knows the keywords to use and the styling of the resume to attract attention. We just used her for the second time around and this time it was for my wife. This is the second time I have used Michelle guidance, suggestions and writing skills. The first time I used one of those online self service applications to write my resume. After no contacts, I looked up Career Pro and discussed the services Michelle offered. I agreed and Michelle went to work promptly. Withing two months I had numerous phone contacts and a few face to face interviews, I did received an offer an accepted it, 5 months after my layoff I was working again. Four years later I found myself in the same situation, my position was eliminated. So I contacted Michelle again and she redesigned my resume, and this time I went with a cover letter too. My job was eliminated at the end of January, after receiving my updated resume and cover letter a few days later I sent it out. I had 12 phone contacts, 10 of which landed me a phone interview, 5 followed up with a physical interview at the companies places of business. So I was let go at the end of January and had 3 offers by the end of February, March 3rd I accepted one of the positions I was offered. I don't think I sent out that many resumes, and the others folks that were let go with me still have not had any offers and very few contacts. When I talked with them many stated they wrote their own resumes. I advised all that they should contact Michelle if possible (most live in another state). Each recruitment person that spoke to me was very impressed with my experience- but it was Michelle skill and talent that made me shine.
