From my MANY years of experience with Captive Audience, the review by Diana C. is either a false review or SHE was having a bad day and misread Captive Audience's efforts to help. I have worked with C.A. for about 15 years and EVERY experience with them has been more than positive. Whether working with Carrie, or Scott or any ONE of their staff, I have had nothing less than stellar customer service. I have been so impressed more than once, I have made a point to talk to Carrie directly to let her know what a positive experience I've had - whether regarding hooking up my equipment, walking me through downloading my new recorded messages (help I have needed more than once over the years because I can't remember from time to time when the updates are recorded and downloaded), having an unusual or unexpected problem with our long-term equipment, quick replacement of faulty equipment, or for getting old equipment replaced. In every way, in every instance, their customer service has been warm, friendly, helpful, accommodating, coupled with prompt response and quick delivery - all with a professional and non-condescending manner. I cannot praise this company and staff highly enough and hope that anyone reading these Yelp reviews will not take the rather generic review from Diana C. at face value. I have dealt with a number of employees at Captive Audience - from the front office phone to the back office and several in-between, and I sincerely appreciate each of them. I have confidence that my "onhold" recorded messages are in safe and capable hands when I send in my written script for recording.
