After having issues with our old credit card system we switched to Capital BankCard. Everything works so smoothly! Jay Jones makes everything so simple and takes the time to explain all your opinions and find what works best for you! Thanks Jay!

Jay can provide great service at considerable savings because he keeps his overhead low. He's been in business here in tupelo about 10 years. You don't get a machine or a person in New Jersey or a foreign country. He's AWESOME! More...

If you are in business and you (1) don't take credit cards, (2) feel taking credit cards is costing your business too much or (3) find your credit card processor is a challenge to work with, I'd recommend that you have a consult with Jay Jones of Capital Bankcard Tupleo. We've been switched for a year now and we (1) love accepting all kinds of credit cards, (2) are thrilled with our rate and (3) know that if we ever have a problem, we will get prompt service from a local person who will work hard to fix the problems. Q&A

Meeting new people and helping small business owners run a successful business.

I worked for a fortune 500 company for many years and the company shut down. I knew I would never put my lively hood in the hands of a big company. My family depends on me!

I'm honest and I understand the needs of small business. Customer service is my number one priority!
