This is our 2nd purchase from Campbell's within the past year. We most recently purchased a Swim Spa & the Campbell's team was professional and helpful from start to finish, including the owner, manager, sales team, office team, technicians, & installers. The installation of our Swim Spa required several on-site visits prior to delivery day. The owner, manager, & delivery team all assessed the situation to develop the best plan. There were many obstacles to overcome given the rocky, mountainous, timber-filled terrain & layout of our property. The move required much knowledge, skill, attention to detail, & experienced equipment operators to avoid damaging our house, A/C unit, water lines, electrical lines, the Swim Spa, etc. Everyone involved worked carefully & long hours to make sure that the placement was exactly what we wanted. They even returned to tweak the tub for us & perform the start-up process. Both days of the final installation involved pretty stressful situations, but everyone handled it like a breeze. I have been looking for a new hot tub. Found the perfect one here. Checked several other places and found just what I needed. Cindy Dodson was awesome. Even though the store is an hour away from my home, I will still go to Cindy to get supplies etc. No other spa store had customer service like Cindy provided. Thanks for all your help, Cindy. You make me a repeat customer.I have had numerous dealings with a lot of companies in my lifetime. For many years I worked for companies and businesses that specialized in customer service. I have had similar experiences in different kinds of experiences with businesses since retiring in Tennessee. But whoever runs or owns Campbell's Pool and Spa needs to appreciate the wonderful staff he has assembled. They are definitely customer service oriented. Cindy the salesperson was truly awesome. However my experiences with the installers of my new hot tub is beyond my vocabulary for professionalism, personality, and neat and clean work habits. Tim and Bird were truly exceptional. I just cannot find words to describe their efforts. They truly are professional and courteous. I will continue to do business with Campbell's Pool and Spa, because of the way I was treated. There are other places to buy chemicals and accessories close to where I live, but i will drive the hour to repay my wonderful experiences with this company. More...

I have used Campbell's Pool and Spa for 13 years now. Not only have I been loyal to them, they have been even more loyal to me. I have never been disappointed in their customer service. This year I have ran into some serious problems with my pool. Tim and Bird have gone way above and beyond the customer service that any business would give. Both of these men have been to my house and tried everything possible to help me recover my pool usage. They have been so helpful and sympathetic to my issues. We had some major issues with our pool liner. After the flooding rains in February the liner floated and was a mess. Campbell’s crew came out and the owner Tony too and fixed the liner as good as new. This will be our third season with the pool and Campbell’s service. We had an awesome experience with Campbell's Pool & Spa from the very beginning. Cindy was so patient with us as we picked out the perfect hot tub for our needs. We went with the Hot Springs Jetsetter with saltwater system and we love it!We were also impressed with the care that Tim, Bird and Josh took in setting our tub in place. We bought our new Hot Springs Hot Tub back in August, we were in the middle of having a house built so when the tub came in late September we weren't ready for it yet. Campbell's held it for us until the house was finished. Wouldn't you know the scheduled install date (today 11/30/18) was a rainy day. The cold rainy weather did not hold Tim, Bird and Josh back at all. They arrived on time with the tub and got it installed in the rain without a problem. We purchased the Limelight Pulse spa 3 years ago. The sales service was excellent. Our sales person displayed a high level of expertise and shared various options with us, including the benefits of various models. We changed our choice of models after placing our initial order and they accommodated us without any trouble. The spa has been wonderful these 3 years, working flawlessly. It's brought a whole new perspective to winter! We recently added the ACE saltwater sanitizing system and it has been wonderful. From purchase to delivery, you have little doubt that you are now a member of the Campbell’s family. As first time hot tub purchasers, knowing next to nothing about what would make up a “perfect for us” hot tub, we asked several reliable sources for recommendations on where to purchase and, also which brand to purchase. We were repeatedly directed to Campbell’s Pool and Spa in Knoxville and now that we have dealt with them, we can see why they received such high accolades.
