What isn't to love? The staff is friendly and courteous and my dog Baxter is excited to come. I love that I can check on him thru the camper cams. When there have been issues that the staff was concerned about, they have called to let me know. We’ve been going to Camp Bow Wow - Cincinnati since January 2019 and absolutely love it! As of today, I can say we’ve utilized all the services that Camp Bow Wow has to offer. The staff are absolutely exceptional and ensure that the “Camp Experience” is one to remember. They are very attentive to your individual needs. Korra loves going to Camp Bow Wow - Cincinnati and gets excited every time I tell her that we are going to camp. I’m practically dragged in every time we visit. My Ace has lived in a few cities, and has therefore stayed in a few boarding facilities. There’s only one that he absolutely loves and that’s Camp Bow Wow -Blue Ash, OH. I don’t know if it’s the employees, the food, the amenities, the cuddles, the treats, the playground, the grooming salon or all of the above. But this is the only facility where he will enter without hesitation and exits with a strut as if to say, I’ll see you, my good friends the next time. I’m grateful that any time I need to board him in Cincy that I can count on the team at Blue Ash to see to Ace and treat him like he’s family. More...

Friendly staff, really seemed to care about me and my dog. I liked the personalized feedback we got from his interview session. I also like the "All-In" approach on boarding - I've used another local company for daycare, and was appalled to learn that overnight boarding did not automatically include daycare. Regardless of the pricing, this is not the type of place I want for my dog! I looked around, and found Camp Bow Wow, and I thought I would try them out. And I'm glad I did! Boarded our dog for 6 days recently. Very happy with care given to our dog! She came home clean (bath and nail trim) and seemed very happy. Price was reasonable and the facilities were very nice. I can't say enough about Camp Bow Wow! They take care of our dog like she is their own. She loves everyone there, everyone is super friendly and passionate about what they do! Sue the general manager is amazing, we were gone for 10 days and my dog got super stressed and made herself sick. They immediately did everything they could to help her and got her the attention she needed from the vet. To be out of the country and away and know your dog is in such good hands was such a comfort. Great place to take your dog during the day, especially for people who work full time. My dog always gets so excited as soon as she walks in the door and is fully exhausted by the end of the day. Our dog Autumn went in for 4 days while we were on our Honeymoon. I loved that they do an 'evaluation/interview' prior to being allowed to stay. It let me know my dog was surrounded by good playing other dogs. In addition, we were able to see her whenever we wanted on the numerous cameras they had and I also loved that she got to play with the other dogs all day in daycare by being boarded. Other places make you pay extra if you want your dog played with. Also, when I had boarded before, she came home with kennel cough even with getting her bordetella vaccine before. Buck loves playing at Camp, he just got home from a weeks stay and had a great time! I highly recommend this place, it’s so nice for us and the kids to be able to see him on the live cams during the day. It’s one of the only places that includes daycare during your boarding times.
