Two Tails Up is the most professional pet sitting service I have used in the Charlotte/Lake Wylie area. I have a diabetic cat and Kim was fantastic to work with on her meds and schedule. I'm just new to Camp Bow Wow, but so far I've been very impressed. I scheduled my dog Wilson for a bath and nail trim, and then we went through the interview process so he would be eligible for "camping. " He had an awesome day and even made friends! He's scheduled for boarding next week. I can't wait to see how he does. I feel very comfortable leaving him there and am comforted knowing I can watch him on video. Freckles had the BEST time while there- and I love that the staff took great care of him, making sure he got some extra naps and was not too overstimulated (being an older dog). We are new customers to Camp Bow Wow and love the care the staff shows our dogs most of all. I also enjoy being able to take a quick peek at them while at work and seeing how much fun they are having getting to play all day. I used to feel guilty about leaving them home, crated, for such long hours and I no longer feel that way. We took our dog Baxter in for his interview and I was immediately welcomed with a big smile! The center was clean and well organized. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The staff has been more than kind at this particular location and very thoughtful as far as being concerned about my pup and I since we recently relocated to the area and she was having a really hard time adjusting to the change.
They wrote me a nice note from her when I picked her up that made my day!
She loves when i pull up and she realizes where we are...pulling me toward her friends. I drive 30 minutes each way to drop her off and pick her up...that’s is 2 hours of my day when I take her. And it’s well worth it for her to be so happy.

My dog absolutely loves this place and the staff. He knows exactly when it is time to go to camp and will start jumping around like a spaz the entire way there. We recently had an issue with grooming but it has greatly improved and I was very impressed with the job they did while we boarded him for the weekend. I feel like Camp Bow Wow actually reads and actively tries to improve on all feedback given, it is nice to know it doesn't fall on deaf ears. I will continue to recommend this place to anyone and everyone! This is above and beyond my absolute favorite location, I have used Charlotte Metro and the Matthews locations in the past. What do you love most about your job?
The dogs! Dogs are incredible creatures. I love connecting with them. It gives me great satisfaction to improve the lives of dogs and they families that love them.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Working with dogs and their pet parents over the last 3 years has shown me several things. One is that people really want to understand their dogs, second that even people who have gotten training for their dogs need ongoing help in polishing the dogs behavior, and third that there is a great need for more Force-Free Trainers and Force-Free Services.
