We absolutely love and adore Camp Bow Wow! Our Gracie girl literally pulls us in the door. As soon as you walk in your dog is greeted by name which to me, really tells how much they truly care for your dog especially since they see so many a daily basis! The staff is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and wonderful. Gracie can be a little but of a handful at times so we’re extremely grateful for all they do, she barely makes it out to the car and is sleeping all the way home and for a majority of the evening! Another thing we love is how you’re able to watch your dog on the live web cams, but even when I get busy at work and can’t check them I don’t stress because I know they’re taking great care of her! Wonderful place to take your dog for day care or short boarding! Megan, one of the managers at this West Seneca location, took the time to talk with me about my mom’s dog. The other employees are very caring too. For example, Lori loves my mom’s dog and got to know her during the time she day-camped and later boarded a couple times - she knew how my mom’s dog liked to play. Other employees alerted me to issues with the dog as well. I haven’t been to other locations but I bet the employees there are just as awesome as the West Seneca location. More...

Very happy. Professional staff. Clean per always and very courteous. Separate entrance and exits to the camp, looks like they even have a mini heater to keep the entrance and exit toasty, that is a huge plus for buffalo area! Plenty of dogs even on the weekend. My dog LOVES coming to Camp Bow Wow. Staff is friendly and knows each dog. My husband normally drops off our dog - and when I did today I was greeted with a "Good Morning" and my dog was called by name before I could even check her in. I highly recommend Camp Bow Wow!

Camp Bow Wow is great! My dog Kona loves to go there for daycare and boarding. They take such good care of her and are patient with her need for occasional breaks! They reply promptly when I email for updates while boarding and have always honored any requests I make regarding her care! It’s a great feeling when traveling to know that Kona is so well cared for. The employees are what really set camp bow wow apart from other places I could take my dog. All of the staff are so very friendly and helpful. It makes it easy to feel comfortable leaving my puppy with folks who so clearly care about the dogs and the owners. They even remember Ivy right away everytime I drop her off. Our Jeter goes to Camp every Saturday, and that is one day we don’t have to worry about our almost 2 year old guy needing mom and dad to play fetch in the house or in the yard- all day. All we have to do is say, Jeter, do you want to go play with your friends?” and he is running and jumping to get out the door! We love that we can watch the cameras and see if he is behaving himself- he is a rather excitable chocolate lab mix, but the staff are here know just what to do when he gets a little too carried away! When we had our other dogs, we still had kids at home and never had to worry about what to do when we go away. Jeter has had several overnight, and even a 5 night stay at Camp and he got great care! Our dog, Finn, absolutely loves going to Camp Bow Wow! He gets so excited every time we mention that he is going to camp. My dog gets super excited every time we tell him he’s going to Camp Bow Wow! During winter we’ll regularly take him to get in some play time with other pups. We have had him stay over night on a few occasions and once for about 10 days. The staff know him as soon as he walks in the door, and they take excellent care of him.
