The party bus driver for the bridal party was excellent. He even made sure everyone was in the church before I got off the bus. He also fixed my dress and made sure I was ready to walk down the aisle -- really above and beyond. Then the shuttles we used at the end of the night were also great; the driver was extremely accommodating. I would recommend Camelot limos to future brides. More...

We booked Camelot for our wedding day on 7/14/19 and are SO happy that we did! They made the planning process smooth which was appreciated. Getting to the venue on the wedding day, there were unexpected detours that had to be made due to road work and our driver stayed calm, cool and collected and still got us to the venue on time. Our limo driver was fantastic! I can’t remember his name, but we got to our venue and had to leave to pick up my husbands mother and he left our venue to get her even tho it wasn’t scheduled, and it helped us avoid wedding day drama. Also, at night we were supposed to have a sedan, but to our happy surprise, we were given a private limo to take us to our hotel since the driver already had it! Camelot was easily the best transportation company we have ever used and was an excellent choice for our wedding! From the party bus driver arriving early (not to mention the actual bus itself being so much fun with our bridal party) and getting us to everywhere we needed to be on time, to the 1957 Rolls Royce being an excellent touch that we are sure will look amazing in our photos. The doors lifted from ground to sky, which I LOVED. There was plenty of room for both people and booze! Overall, I had a good experience with this vendor. The party bus and Bentley came in the morning on time and both were very clean and the drivers in all vehicles for our event were very safe and professional. Our guests got to our venue on time in the morning. We had a slight hiccup at the end of the night. When we booked the limos it was suggested to us that only one 16 passenger van would be enough to get all our guests back to the hotel. The van would make as many trips as possible from 4-5:30. There would be a max of three trips. Since they started the shuttle so early none of my guests got on the first shuttle. As a result, we had too many guests for the last shuttle run and had to call Ubers for our guests. When we did call the dispatcher, she was very friendly and ensured us that there would be the third shuttle. She gave the correct information. I just wish that they would have given us a bigger shuttle van. We were willing to pay for something larger, The suggestion of starting the shuttle 45 minutes before the end of the wedding was also bad. I wish we received better advice and didn't feel like we were in a pickle at the end of the night. Overall, I would suggest this company. More...

We had a great experience using Camelot for our wedding! We hired 3 vehicles, an antique car, a stretch limo, and a coach bus. Michelle was a pleasure to work with throughout the planning process and on the day of our wedding everything was perfect! The drivers were all incredibly friendly and a pleasure be with on our special day. I spent the most time with the driver of the antique car - we chatted in the back room of the church while waiting for the ceremony to begin, he made sure the train of my dress was perfectly laid out before I walked down the aisle, and he even noticed the veteran's license plate on my dad's car in the driveway and went out of the way to thank him for his service - he could not have been a kinder person! I used this company yesterday for the first time, based on referrals from many friends. Our driver Henry was super friendly, polite, helpful, and so professional! Customer service was great but when it came to the day of our wedding, my parents who paid for the Princess Rolls Royce were extremely disappointed by the interior appearance of the car. I was also pretty annoyed and almost threw up from the gasoline smell on the way to the venue. Even our photographer did not want to take interior photos due to the Rolls Royce appearance. The Chrysler for our bridal party was very nice and I wish we only went that route instead of the additional car. The Rolls was a waste of money based on appearance alone and the smell made me never want to go in a vintage car again. However, as a preferred vendor from our venue, I like them but would not recommend going with a vintage car. Save your money. Go with the newer ones More...

Joe Camelot was amazing to work with! He was on time WITH EVERY STOP and was able to wrangle my large bridal party. The cars were well taken care of and everything was beautiful from the inside and out. The car for bride/groom was classic and gorgeous. We even used it for the pictures! The bridal party was having a blast in the party bus. There was 22 of them and I don't know how he did it but managed to account for them all and safely transport them to locations. I used Camelot for my wedding on 11/2 and i HIGHLY recommend them! They showed up on time with clean buses and limos. The drivers couldn’t be nicer and more helpful! It was raining and the antique car driver came into my house made sure i got out of the house ok held my umbrella and even held my dress up! The service was just incredible. I wanted to take the time to let you know of the great service we received from the moment we booked with your company as well as the pick up and drop off from your driver, Andy. There was a little issue with the air conditioning but nothing that would keep us from booking again. Your company is definitely one to be proud of.

Two years ago we booked with another company in Melville and were left stranded at the airport so we didn't know what to expect this time. We were so appreciative of everything, including the confirmation call before we left for our trip and the call easing our minds knowing the driver was there waiting and ready for us even before we got off of the ship.

In a world filled with so many people complaining and being self centered I wanted to take the time to thank you again.
