Our dog is happy coming here. Phoebe and her team do a lovely job of washing and grooming her. The salon isn’t crowded with other dogs so Annie finds it calm and will even take a nap while waiting for her turn or for collection. THE BEST CAKE I HAVE HAD IN SA!  We ordered a 2 tier cake for 40 plus guests for a June baby shower, less than 2 weeks before the shower. I cannot thank Michelle enough for being so patient and accommodating and for putting together a fantastic cake(excuse me 2 fantastic cakes) with such short notice. We had a bottom tier blueberry lemon and the top tier was coconut.  I absolutely loved them both and so did all of my guests. Really, everyone raved about how moist this cake was.  There were multiple people who stated that they are not typically fans of coconut but they loved Michelle's coconut cake because  the coconut was not overpowering and was subtle. The cake itself shined and there was a perfect balance of frosting to cake ratio. The decorations on the cake (fondant palm leaves for Safari theme) was beautifully done. It came out exactly like the picture I showed her. Not only it was cute, it was very tasty to my surprise! Very moist and buttercream was so good.My friend was so happy for the cake that later she asked me where I got the cake because she wanted to order one for another event :)Second time, I ordered for my sister's graduation.I sent her a picture but verbally explain the changes in color and little detail. My husband and I hired Cake Crumbs to make our wedding cake back in 2017. I'm just now getting around to writing reviews, haha. The cake was beautiful and deliciously rich. There was more than enough for our guests and they even made us a small anniversary cake to keep. The A in our monogram came out as an upside down V, but to be fair it was a pretty complex design and it was a white monogram on a white cake, so it's easy to overlook I think. Love this place! The cupcakes here are some of the best I've had in San Antonio. They have a perfect icing-to-cupcake ratio (unlike others, where I've seen enough icing for at least two cupcakes on one). Cake Crumbs and Michelle did such a fabulous job with my daughter's Frozen 3rd birthday cake. Not only did it look gorgeous with no detail left untouched, but the taste was phenomenal! !! We have tried so many cake shops around town and you usually have to either sacrifice on the look or the taste. Not at Cake Crumbs! The cake was a little crumbly and hard to cut, but one it melted in your mouth, who cared! They even went out of their way and let me pick up outside of normal hours. When I was planning my wedding I went to several different bakery's and got quotes for hundreds of dollars and the cake flavors were just ok.
