Sandy came into my home and helped me with the complete redecorating of my kitchen. She helped me pick the right colors to complement the rest of my downstairs living space. She met with me to pick tile for the floor and backsplash. She was my "go-to" girl for any and all designing questions. Sandy is highly knowledgeable and is great at thinking outside the box. I've had a great experience working with Sandy from Cabelis Interior Design. My project started out as a kitchen renovation that grew into a total tear down of the first floor. It included removing walls, refacing a fireplace, changing window size, updating a stairwell and adding a storage closet. Other designers that visited my home were not inspired by the original layout. When Sandy came in, she was immediately filled with ideas that were new and exciting. Most important, she was able to understand what I wanted to have as an end results. Renovating a home is a difficult process even when a couple has the same design perspective. In my case, progress was stopped several times because my husband and I weren't in agreement on which direction to go. Sandy was very patient with us and was always able to come up with an idea that made us both happy. Being just a call or text away made the whole process very convenient. I know it may sound silly but I'm someone who REALLY loves and appreciates beautiful things. We hired Cabelis Interior Design to consult on all facets of the new construction for our home. This included stucco color, door selection, exterior and interior lighting, floor stain color, kitchen design, build out designs and interior paint color. It is 18 months later and we are still using Cabelis Design to assist us in furnishing our home. Sandy has been instrumental in finding rare, one of a a kind fabrics and furniture pieces. She is spot on with bringing us samples of exactly what we need while maintaining the theme of our home throughout. She is creative and is willing to think outside the box.
