What do you love most about your job?
I love helping Christian women who are struggling with life purpose and overwhelm, live with greater intentionality, so that they AND their relationships with loved ones can thrive!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've been in private practice for 14 years now, but my practice has evolved into more of a coaching practice over the last six years. It was always my intention, right from the beginning, to work for myself. I love the freedom and flexibility and I love the type of clientele I get to interact with and help.

I believe that it takes more than just talking about what you want, for things to change. It takes work! I'm the kind of therapist/coach that gives you tangible tools that, when used, do give you positive results. My background as a therapist for 26 years also makes me super qualified to help you with all the obstacles that get in the way of being intentional...relationship challenges, depression, anxiety, trauma, etc. So, no matter what is holding you back, there are solutions!
