Get here already, what are you waiting for?It's downtown yet there's a designating parking area. No need to worry about a hassle or parallel parking! Theres a little trail with dashes and bees which leads you from parking to the entrance.The interior is tre chic and has that industrial farmhouse look and well thought out accents.There's an open kitchen which is a feast to the eyes if you sit at the bar (chef's counter).The whipped feta is a must! A fantastic balance of savory and sweet with a hint of spice.The little gem salad is super fresh and I HIGHLY recommend adding chicken shawarma. It made the dish IMO.Also the rosemary tea cocktail is suuuper tasty one of the best restaurant cocktails I've had in a while. My server was very attentive and kind. Our first time visit here was for lunch one weekday, and we arrived just in time before the place filled up. Their menu offers seasonal, locally sourced and vegetable forward options. We enjoyed the falafel bites, the roasted beet salad. Then I had a BLT sandwich with fries. Overall it was a pleasant experience, and our server was just ok. First time visit. Sunday brunch, around 11:30 am.  We made a quick reservation online earlier that morning, so as we arrived (they have a parking lot! !) we were seated quickly.The interior is beautiful, clean, fast, rustic and modern at the same time.   Our server promptly greeted us and brought us water, took our orders, and had our food out quickly.Everything was absolutely superb.  The cronut was the flakiest pastry I have ever seen in my life.  My wife and daughter split the french toast while I had the Shakshuka.  This is no traditional shakshuka, but I love their version.  That is the great thing about food.Outside has a large area for tables and hanging out.  Kids loved it out there. What a great place. The atmosphere was warm and lively and the service was excellent. Both my sister and myself made the comment that our server was so attentive but not at all intrusive. Decided on B&B today after a visit to the South Carolina Aquarium.  My wife jumped at the mention of it.  She had not eaten at this location however has in Nashville.  We got there about 1pm and decided on eating indoors despite the beautiful day and outdoor seating that was calling my name.  Love that their menu is so fresh it changes daily according to what is in season and fresh.  The service was great the food was better and we left a fully satisfied family.  Even our 12 yr old picky eater devoured the kids cheeseburger and the house made ketchup.  I'd highly recommend if you are visiting and have limited opportunities to eat out. From the first sight of architecture as I parked to the patio seating to wood and copper interior decór to the coffee/bar area, I felt like I’d arrived. The farm-to-table element is fantastic. The grain bowl wasn’t quite what I’d hoped, but I would definitely be willing to try something oof given the opportunity to return. Holy Moses people I want to give these guys 6 stars. Incredible dining and hospitality experience. Great menu variety and terrific food, my entire party was floored by how good everything was - some crazy unique taste pairings and combos and just amazing flavor across the board. And then great people - Sofia was a terrific server and we got to meet Mike and Jeff both whom fantastic hosts - Mike even offered suggestions on other restaurants in Charleston and was full of great wisdom and advice. 11/10 would eat here again and if I lived in Charleston I would try to work there. Special spot that has it all. Upscale sports style bar outside, bespoke lounge for cocktails and mingling, and a formal high end dining room. Definitely a go-to of ours.
