I am a general contractor in WA State. I have tried other big name websites offering leads, that have to be paid upfront. I hardly had any control of the lead flow, since could only suspend a flow for couple weeks at the time regardless how busy I was . I was getting charged regardless I needed a lead or not. The BUILDZOOM.Com is hands down a best choice in today's market! This is a fairest model for the contractors to get leads and for the customers to have their choices of verified contractors. The Buildzoom**** trusts the contractors by offering them customer leads before getting a dime upfront. Representatives are well-trained and communicative and it's been a pleasure working with buildzoom to accumulate a lot of satisfied clients with the jobs that we have completed. I have used BuildZoom on several occasions when I decided to take on the General Contractor role for my full gut home remodel. BuildZoom assisted me in finding licensed contractors for several trades for my project. Generally, all contractors gave quotes after reaching out, and the ones I picked did a good job. In the few instances in which the contractors were unresponsive in the quote phase, BuildZoom customer support did a great job of getting me in touch with different contractors that picked up the slack. I used BuildZoom to find a roofer when my roof developed a huge leak during a massive downpour last year. Pretty straightforward - 3 roofers contacted me the same day and one of them came over to fix the roof in the middle of the storm. I used BuildZoom on a few occasions when looking for contractors. One of these occasions resulted in hiring a contractor, but on others I found a contractor elsewhere. In all cases, BuildZoom allowed me to get in touch with contractors that I would otherwise have no link to. I was also assured by the background checks, available information, and a trusted authority to moderate my interaction with contractors. BuildZoom was an excellent resource for us as we explored the option to build a home in Las Cruces, NM. Although we eventually bought a spec home we purchased from a builder, Gold Key, who was listed with BuildZoom. Moving across the country from Wisconsin was difficult not knowing who to trust made it even more so.
