Builders FirstSource

These guys came through for me. Big Time !I needed block, we'd bought 3 pallets from the mfg & found we needed 1 more pallet. The mfg would NOT deliver 1 pallet of block even though I'd already purchased 3. I was stuck. Mfg could of cared less...A friend that had just put in over 20 pallets of the same block told me to check with Builders FirstSource. Well long story short, we ordered that day, they picked up & delivered the 1 pallet I needed the very next morning. Excellent customer service.The mfg block was Mutual Materials . . . never going there again.Builders FirstSource also had the best price - 28% cheaper than the manufacturer yard in PO.I believe in supporting the businesses that support you.28% cheaper...28, that's a lot cheaper!Great customer service, Friendly, Fast, Clean  !!! I am the general contractor on a home that we are building on Fox Island. The house is 7000 ft.² and we have bought all of our lumber material from Probuild. The general manager, John Podliska, has provided the most incredible customer service I could've ever wanted. The guys at the sales counter bend over backwards to take care of me whenever I go in with a need. They special order for me whenever I have a project that needs something more than what they have available and I always get the best price.
