We have had the delicious food catered by Kim’s at others events and knew we would love to use them ourselves when needed. My daughter got married last weekend and Kim catered her reception. From the amazing, courteous, attentive staff....to the napkin wrapped cutlery and elegant disposable dinnerware, to the wonderfully displayed chafing pans, right down to the sensational delicious food....everything was superb and truly exceeded even our dreams and expectations for this day!!!! Everything was so perfect and all the guests were impressed and raved about how delicious the food was. I even received several calls the next day with several compliments and thanks and people asking for the caterers info. Every time I’ve either eaten At The Dome or used their catering services, I’ve never been disappointed. Their menu offers so much selection and the food has been superb. I recently used their catering services at my daughters graduation party and received so many compliments. Almost every guest mentioned the food before departing. I would also like to mention their delivery service was outstanding. He was on time, patient, kind, and didn’t rush me while we made sure the food was set up where it made the most sense and taught how to keep things warm. Awesome! I was having a retirement party for my husband at my church hall with 75 people and I didn't know which cater to use so I actually went on to Yelp and saw the great reviews for this place so I decided to give them a try. Am I glad I did! Everyone, and I mean everyone, was raving about the food and asking me where I got it from. We had salad, rolls and butter, almond crusted chicken which disappeared completely, pulled pork which melted in your mouth, baked manicotti, summer vegetables, and roasted potatoes. They brought very sturdy plates with high-quality plastic ware utensils including the serving spoons and the forks and knives for the guests with really good napkins. We had a party for 30+ and could not have been happier with the entire experience.  Ordering was easy, we were called prior to the event to confirm all details.  The food was delivered on time, it was delicious and everyone commented on how good it was.  It was delivered hot and ready to serve.  All serving utensils, plates, napkins, etc. were included. Simply wonderful! This was the second time I had a graduation party catered by Buffalo's Best Catering. This time we ordered the Gold buffet, including chef salad and rolls, pulled pork with rolls, Greek chicken, Greek potatoes, pasta alfredo with chicken, and hot pepper mac and cheese.  We also ordered a pan of fried chicken.  Everything was delicious, and we received many compliments. Portions were generous, and we enjoyed delicious leftovers!   Delivery was right on time and included lovely wrapped utensils, food label cards, sturdy plates, butter, and dressing for the salad. Hot foods were piping hot and cold foods were cold and fresh.  Kim and her staff were a pleasure to work with at all stages of our party planning.  I will definitely give her a call back when we are ready for child # 3's graduation party in a few years, and any time we need an event catered! I had the pleasure of working with Buffalos Best for my sons 30th birthday, this past Saturday. The food was excellent! I received many compliments, and not one complaint! The labeling was excellent! My brother has Celiacs so this was very important to him. The quality was top notch. I had a party of 45 and had more than enough to feed everyone. I could go on and on, but, I won't. Absolutely fantastic. Everything arrived on time, hot, and ready to serve. My guests raved about the food. The chicken picata was tender, tasty and seasoned just right. We had Kim's Buffalo's Best....for my son's wedding Saturday Sep 15th. Over 180 people... Food was Excellent! Right on time. . Quality & Quantity where far more than everyone expected.. Absolutely loved the Almond encrusted chicken....If you can impress 2 mother's & an Italian Gram..they rocked it 5 stars. More than enough food. On September 15 this past Saturday, my son got married to his beautiful bride. My son and his wife had an idea of how they wanted their wedding to go, and they decided to have it catered and not spend an exhorbent amount of money for one day. I was completely apprehensive and scared since I’ve been to so many weddings in the last few years that were done in these posh over priced venues that cost a fortune. I thought, “ How could the food be possibly good and how will we be able to know how much to order, and will there be enough? I never heard of Buffalos Best. That being said, I will tell you Buffalos Best with Kim catering is the ABSOLUTE BEST!!!!!!!! She assured us that there would be plenty of food and it would be good. Well let me tell you, I will tell everyone how absolutely satisfied we were. There was nothing that we could even complain about. My daughter had her wedding six weeks ago at Salvatore’s, yes two weddings in 2 months and Salvatore’s should go back to the drawing board and learn something from Kim at Buffalos Best. We’re extremely dissatisfied with the food and service. Never go back! 185 people could not brag enough about the food Buffalos Best delivered for my sons wedding. Sometimes it is hard to trust a name or proclamation of an organization.  I mean we have all tried the best coffee of a given town, the best wings, the best pizza, and when it really comes down to it, you can name a bunch of other places that have a better product or service then the one proclaiming to be the best.  However, in this case, Buffalo's Best Catering is probably one of the best, period.  Well, not a period because I am going to elaborate.  I am one of little free time and was in the middle of trying to figure out how to feed 20-25 people for my daughter's birthday party.  Yes, I can try grilling 50 burgers, 50 hotdogs, a vat of mac'n'cheese and bagged salad.  Then buy all the plastic ware, dinner rolls, napkins and ultimately cancel the party because I got overwhelmed and no one likes their burgers the same.  To avoid such self-inflicted agony, I called Buffalo's Best Catering.  Prices were tiered with how many main courses you want.  Because I had vegetarians attending (that's right, my burger and hotdog option would have not worked here), I grabbed the top tier with Roast Beef, Apple Honey Chicken and Fettuccine with Broccoli.  Roast beef was seasoned and cooked to perfection.  You know it because it was sliced thin and in small pieces so you don't get half of a slice sliding off the bun, hitting you in the chin and dripping on your new concert t-shirt with the first bit due to some gristle that refuses to be broken.  The chicken was great - but beware, it is not like a baked style - it more breaded.  Although not what I thought it was, it was still very very good.  The pasta dish was awesome.  It even had non-broccoli eaters rejoicing as they piled through.  The order came with plates, plasticware wrapped in napkins, garden salad, dinner rolls, rolls for the beef, horseradish, and salad dressing.  Time savings alone, this was one of the best decision I could have made.  Not to mention a week's worth of meals left over and everyone left stuffed.
