From 491 miles away I was able to sell a house and get a better deal than I had planned on. I received direct, hands on, customer service and daily updates in regards to repairs, renovations, and clean up. All at the hands of my Realtor Jon MacDonald with BHHS C.Dan Joyner Co in Greenville SC. I pretty much did nothing, Haha. I told Jon what I wanted and what I was hoping to get from the property and he delivered 10 fold. He worked directly with the buyers agent, brokered the deal, stood his ground in our negotiations and we definitely came out on top!
